Nosso compromisso é fornecer soluções de qualidade, com atendimento ágil e suporte comercial eficiente. Buscamos um Executivo de Vendas Interno para atuar no comercial de ingredientes para nutrição animal. O profissional será responsável por prospecção, relacionamento com clientes e suporte à equipe comercial, garantindo negociações eficazes e alinhadas às estratégias da MCIResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo time de  MCI você irá:Gerenciar e expandir a carteira de clientes, realizando atendimentos e negociações de forma interna (via telefone, e-mail e plataformas digitais);Entender as demandas dos clientes e se antecipar com ofertas estratégicas, garantindo um atendimento consultivo e proativo;Prospectar novos negócios e identificar oportunidades dentro do setor;Acompanhar pedidos, prazos e necessidades dos clientes, garantindo eficiência no atendimento;Participar de eventos do setor para representar a MCI e fortalecer o networking;Trabalhar em parceria com as áreas internas para otimizar processos comerciais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara fazer acontecer, você precisa:Ensino médio completo;Experiência em vendas (qualquer segmento), preferencialmente com atendimento B2B;Boa comunicação, capacidade de negociação e organização;Conhecimento básico em Pacote Office (Excel, Word e Outlook).Vai ser um diferencial se você tiver:Experiência com vendas no setor de nutrição animal;Conhecimento sobre granjas, fábricas de ração e premixeiras;Inglês ou espanhol são diferenciais, mas não obrigatórios.Informações adicionaisSalário fixo;Remuneração variável;Assistência médica e odontológica;Refeitório interno;Vale alimentação;Fretado (Campo Largo, Itatiba, Atibaia, Campo Limpo, Jundiaí, Jarinu);;Seguro de vida;Total Pass;Convênio com farmácia.
