Assistência e Atendimento ao ClienteRealizar atendimento humanizado, interpretando prescrições e orientando sobre uso, posologia, interações e efeitos dos medicamentos.Esclarecer dúvidas dos clientes e equipe, por meio de pesquisas e consultas a fontes confiáveis.Promover a dispensação segura e eficaz de medicamentos, inclusive psicotrópicos e antibióticos.2. Gestão Técnica e LegalResponder tecnicamente pelo estabelecimento junto aos órgãos reguladores (CRF, Vigilância Sanitária, Anvisa, etc.).Garantir a regularidade documental: alvarás, autorizações, licenças, contratos e cadastros obrigatórios.Manter atualizado o SNGPC, realizar envio de movimentações e acompanhar intercorrências.3. Controle e Armazenamento de MedicamentosSupervisionar o armazenamento, validade e precificação dos produtos.Zelar pelo controle e auditoria do estoque de medicamentos, especialmente os sujeitos a controle especial (Portaria 344/98).Garantir o correto arquivamento das receitas e relatórios obrigatórios.4. Supervisão e Desenvolvimento da EquipeTreinar e orientar a equipe sobre boas práticas de dispensação, legislação vigente e programas governamentais (ex: Farmácia Popular).Monitorar o uso adequado de receituários, carimbos e sistemas de registro de vendas.5. Processos Operacionais e QualidadeManter atualizados os POPs, o Manual de Boas Práticas e o PGRSS, assegurando sua aplicação no dia a dia.Garantir a higienização, organização e funcionamento do setor conforme normas sanitárias.Monitorar temperatura de ambientes e equipamentos com registros atualizados.6.
