Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar avaliação fonoaudiológica dos pacientes, identificando necessidades e potencialidades.Elaborar e executar o Plano Terapêutico Individualizado, de acordo com as necessidades clínicas e indicação assistencial.Realizar atendimentos individualizados, podendo ocorrer em sala compartilhada quando previsto na organização assistencial da unidade.Trabalhar aspectos de linguagem receptiva e expressiva, comunicação, fala, pragmática e interação comunicativa.Atuar no desenvolvimento e implementação de recursos de Comunicação Aumentativa e Alternativa (CAA), quando indicado.Avaliar e intervir em aspectos relacionados à motricidade orofacial e funções estomatognáticas, dentro de sua competência profissional.Realizar intervenção relacionada às dificuldades alimentares e de deglutição, quando houver indicação e dentro das atribuições da Fonoaudiologia.Registrar os atendimentos, evolução clínica e informações pertinentes no sistema/prontuário.Reavaliar periodicamente a evolução do paciente e realizar os ajustes necessários no plano terapêutico.Orientar pais, responsáveis e cuidadores quanto às estratégias que possam favorecer a generalização das habilidades desenvolvidas em terapia.Atuar de forma integrada com a equipe multiprofissional, mantendo comunicação sobre evolução, objetivos e estratégias terapêuticas.Participar de reuniões clínicas, discussões de casos e alinhamentos com a equipe técnica.Cumprir protocolos institucionais, normas técnicas, éticas e de segurança do paciente.Manter atualizados os registros profissionais e documentação necessária ao exercício da função.Zelar pelos equipamentos, materiais e recursos terapêuticos disponibilizados pela unidadeRequisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:  Graduação em Fonoaudiologia;Registro profissional ativo.
