Buscamos um(a) Gerente de Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) para liderar a evolução da nossa capacidade de inteligência, estruturar processos, desenvolver pessoas e transformar dados em conhecimento estratégico para nossos clientes. Como Gerente de CTI, sua missão será liderar a área de Inteligência de Ameaças Cibernéticas, conectando tecnologia, análise e estratégia para identificar riscos emergentes, apoiar tomadas de decisão e fortalecer a postura de segurança dos clientes. Você será responsável por desenvolver metodologias, processos, indicadores e produtos de inteligência, garantindo entregas de alto valor para diferentes públicos, desde equipes técnicas até executivos.

Foi nesse momento que a assumimos a responsabilidade de garantir a segurança das empresas e entramos em ação.Ao longo desses quase 30 anos, a GIF tem trabalhado incansavelmente na prevenção, detecção e combate às fraudes corporativas. Uma história marcada por confiança, dedicação, colaboração, transparência e respeito.Responsabilidades e atribuições Liderar e desenvolver o time de Cyber Threat Intelligence;Estruturar e evoluir processos relacionados ao ciclo completo de inteligência;Coordenar atividades de monitoramento de ameaças, vazamentos de dados, campanhas de phishing, malware, ransomware e fraudes digitais;Supervisionar atividades de monitoramento em Dark Web, fóruns, redes sociais e outras fontes especializadas;Validar relatórios táticos, estratégicos e executivos produzidos pela equipe;Apoiar a identificação, avaliação e priorização de riscos relevantes para clientes e negócios;Atuar em conjunto com equipes de DFIR, Segurança da Informação, Prevenção a Fraudes e Gestão de Vulnerabilidades;Apresentar análises, cenários de ameaça e recomendações para diferentes níveis de audiência;Definir indicadores de desempenho, métricas de eficiência e critérios de criticidade;Apoiar a criação de novos serviços, automações e soluções de Cyber Threat Intelligence.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência sólida em Cyber Threat Intelligence;Experiência em liderança e gestão de equipes técnicas;Conhecimento aprofundado do ciclo de inteligência;Experiência com análise de IOCs, TTPs e grupos de ameaças;Vivência com investigações relacionadas a phishing, vazamentos, malware, ransomware e fraudes digitais;Conhecimento de frameworks como:

MITRE ATT&CK; Cyber Kill Chain; Diamond Model; STIX/TAXII;

Experiência com plataformas de Threat Intelligence, SIEM, EDR, SOAR e Gestão de Vulnerabilidades;Inglês para leitura, análise e interação em contextos técnicos Experiência em monitoramento de Dark Web;

Diferenciais Participação na estruturação ou amadurecimento de programas de Threat Intelligence; Certificações relacionadas à Segurança da Informação, Inteligência ou Cyber Threat Intelligence; Conhecimentos em privacidade e proteção de dados.
