Garantir o atendimento e entrega de matéria-prima dentro dos prazos e metas estabelecidas, visando atingir a lucratividade necessária, saúde financeira e sustentabilidade da unidade, contribuindo para o resultado global dos negócios da companhia.Gerenciar atividades administrativas e operacionais, características do negócio (carregamento e transporte de cana).Gerenciar o patrimônio da empresa (recursos, instalações e veículos).Assegurar o resultado operacional e financeiro da operação, cumprindo metas e gerenciando despesas.Desdobrar metas e resultados esperados para a unidade, alinhando-se ao planejamento estratégico.Gerenciar, atualizar e capacitar equipes nos padrões corporativos das áreas de atuação.Assegurar motivação e capacitação da equipe, promovendo diálogo e ações com lideranças e RH.Avaliar constantemente as necessidades da unidade, propondo alternativas e melhorias.Acompanhar inovações tecnológicas no segmento de operação logística e transporte.Desenvolver e garantir padrão de organização da empresa.Garantir correta administração de receitas, custos e metas orçamentárias.Garantir atualização das ferramentas de gestão, indicadores operacionais e administrativos.Garantir cumprimento da legislação e condições de trabalho das equipes.Gerir ciclo de gente da unidade, procedendo feedbacks e assegurando engajamento.Gerir e assegurar contestação de passivos trabalhistas, visando mitigação de riscos.Manter imagem positiva da empresa frente ao mercado e comunidade, zelando por princípios éticos e socioambientais.Preservar relacionamento com cliente e suas interfaces.Zelar pelo cumprimento das normas e procedimentos da empresa e do cliente.Participar de reuniões diárias e semanais para análise de indicadores e definição de planos de ação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesE o que você precisa ter?🎓 Ensino Superior Completo em Administração, Gestão de Transportes, Logística, Engenharia em Logística & Supply Chain e/ou áreas afins;🎓 Desejável: Pós-graduação/MBA em Engenharia Logística & Supply Chain, Gestão Empresarial, Gestão de Pessoas e/ou áreas afins.⏳Experiência em gestão de operações logísticas.🎯Conhecimentos Específicos/Técnicos - Hard Skills:🚗 Carteira de Habilitação Categoria B.📊 Pacote Office, Excel Intermediário,💻 DRE Intermediário,🖥️ Power Point📊 Ferramentas de Análise (BI)📈 Indicadores de Gestão LogísticaInformações adicionaisBenefícios que cuidam de você em todos os momentos!Na Imediato Nexway, acreditamos que sua qualidade de vida é essencial.
