Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar portfólio de projetos estratégicos e simultâneos de tecnologia e transformação digital.Liderar projetos de substituição e modernização de sistemas ERP, HIS e demais aplicações corporativas.Coordenar iniciativas de migração para ambientes Cloud, implantação e renovação de infraestrutura tecnológica.Gerenciar projetos de atualização de equipamentos, redes, conectividade, mensageria e soluções digitais.Desenvolver e acompanhar cronogramas, escopos, orçamentos, indicadores e planos de ação dos projetos.Monitorar riscos, dependências, restrições e impactos operacionais, propondo ações preventivas e corretivas.Atuar na gestão de fornecedores, contratos, entregas, SLAs e processos de homologação.Conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento com diretorias, gestores, key users e equipes multidisciplinares.Garantir a execução das etapas de testes, homologação, migração de dados, treinamento de usuários, go-live e estabilização.Promover alinhamento contínuo entre as áreas de TI e negócio, assegurando comunicação clara e efetiva entre todos os envolvidos.Elaborar relatórios executivos, dashboards e apresentações gerenciais para acompanhamento da alta administração.Assegurar a aplicação das melhores práticas de governança, gestão de projetos e transformação digital.Avaliar a capacidade de recursos e priorização das demandas, minimizando riscos de atraso, sobreposição de atividades e impactos assistenciais.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitosEnsino Superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Administração ou áreas correlatas.Experiência no segmento de Saúde, Hospitais, AMEs, UBSs ou instituições de grande porte.Sólida experiência em gestão de projetos de tecnologia de alta complexidade.Vivência na condução de múltiplos projetos simultaneamente.Experiência em projetos de implantação ou modernização de sistemas corporativos (ERP, HIS, prontuário eletrônico ou soluções equivalentes).Conhecimento em infraestrutura, cloud computing, migração de ambientes e transformação digital.Experiência com gestão de fornecedores e contratos.Conhecimento em metodologias de gestão de projetos (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban ou híbridas).Domínio de ferramentas de gestão de projetos e elaboração de indicadores.Requisitos DesejáveisPós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Projetos, Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas.Certificações PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, ITIL ou equivalentes.Conhecimento em governança de TI, LGPD e gestão de mudanças organizacionais.
