Responsável em gerir as atividades e o desenvolvimento da equipe de Segurança e do trabalho para o Grupo CBC, e assegurar todos os conceitos e procedimentos com empresas terceirizadas, visando cumprir a legislação, normas regulamentadoras, ABNT e leis estaduais ou municipais vigentes, bem como eliminação de riscos e multas para empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAssegurar atendimento aos requisitos de segurança para controle de riscos.Gerenciar a implantação e manutenção de requisitos legais com foco em segurança do trabalho.Garantir a aderência dos Procedimentos de Segurança.Elaborar budget junto a Diretoria.Gerenciar o cumprimento de Procedimento de Investigação de acidentes e controle de desvios.Gerenciar o cumprimento de rotinas de auditoria de segurança e das ações demandadas das auditorias.Coordenar e desenvolver políticas, programas, normas e regulamentos sobre segurança do trabalho. Coordenar a investigação das causas de acidentes de trabalho, propondo medidas preventivas e corretivas para as atividades.Prover recursos técnicos e financeiros para cumprimento da matriz de treinamentos e revisar prioridades, quando necessário.Intervir e interromper atividades em situações de risco grave e iminente, ou em desvios primários.Manter programa de Comunicação e Controle de Desvios, e cobrar recursos para sua eliminação às áreas responsáveis.Implementar ferramentas de gestão utilizando técnicas de análise padronizadas para mitigar perigos e riscos.Implementar procedimentos de Segurança e Saúde no trabalho juntamente com a área médica para padronizar e documentar as rotinas necessárias para a operação segura.Participar efetivamente como engenharia nas melhorias de maquinas e equipamentos, suportada pelas NRs para garantir a integridade dos trabalhadores em sua jornada laboral.Promover e garantir um ambiente seguro e sem acidentes, através de auditoria constante relacionada à segurança, e investigação de acidentes tanto no local de trabalho quanto no trajeto visando a prevenção de acidentes e incidentes.Implementar e validar ações educativas na área de Segurança no Trabalho, através de procedimentos implantados, treinamentos e palestras aos colaboradores com o objetivo de prevenir acidentes e incidentes. Elaboram e implantar projetos ambientais ; gerenciam a implementação do sistema de Gestão Ambiental (SGA) , implementar ações de controle de emissão de poluentes, preservar recursos naturais, administrar resíduos e procedimentos de remediação.
