Buscamos um(a) profissional que goste de pessoas, tecnologia e desafios complexos para atuar como Gerente de Tecnologia da Informação,com perfil generalista e orientado ao negócio, atuando de forma transversal nas operações do Grupo Solaris (Agribrasil, TESC e LLA). Tendo como desafio transitar entre estratégia e execução, desenvolver equipes, estruturar problemas, conduzir projetos e construir boas relações com áreas de negócio e parceiros.

A posição terá papel importante na gestão da área de Tecnologia, apoiando a liderança de TI na condução das equipes, projetos, processos, fornecedores e iniciativas de transformação.

Procuramos um profissional que combine gestão de projetos + processos + pessoas + capacidade de navegar em ambientes complexos, com forte orientação a resultados e proximidade com o negócio.Valorizamos a capacidade de aprender rápido, conectar tecnologia ao negócio e transformar complexidade em resultados.Responsabilidades e atribuições Liderar e desenvolver pessoas, promovendo colaboração, autonomia, accountability e melhoria contínua; Gerenciar projetos e iniciativas de transformação, garantindo escopo, prazo, riscos, prioridades e resultados; Atuar próximo às áreas de negócio, entendendo processos, desafios e traduzindo necessidades em soluções de Tecnologia; Apoiar a evolução da governança, processos, gestão de demandas, fornecedores e indicadores de TI; Participar da implementação e evolução de sistemas corporativos, incluindo ERP, CRM, TOS, integrações e sistemas legados; Apoiar decisões relacionadas a infraestrutura, cloud, dados, continuidade e segurança da informação; Conduzir situações críticas, conflitos e negociações envolvendo equipes, áreas de negócio e fornecedores; Buscar continuamente novas tecnologias, tendências e oportunidades de inovação, automação e melhoria dos processos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Ensino superior completo em Tecnologia e áreas correlatas; Mandatório: Especialização ou pós-graduação em Gestão de Processos, Supply, Finanças ou áreas relacionadas à gestão de negócios.

Requisitos:Experiência relevante em gestão de Tecnologia, com forte atuação em gestão de projetos, processos e pessoas; Perfil generalista, colaborativo, hands-on quando necessário e com forte orientação ao negócio e resultados; Excelente comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal, negociação e capacidade de influência; Experiência na implementação ou transformação de sistemas corporativos e ambientes integrados (ERP, CRM, TOS e sistemas legados); Habilidade para gestão de crises e conflitos, mantendo pragmatismo e equilíbrio sob pressão; Curiosidade, aprendizado rápido, flexibilidade e disposição para se desafiar e promover melhoria contínua; Conhecimento de segurança da informação e gestão de riscos de TI; Inglês fluente (Mandatório); Disponibilidade para viagens esporádicas, aproximadamente 4 a 5 vezes ao ano. Diferenciais Experiência anterior como IT Business Partner ou posição com forte interface entre Tecnologia e Negócio; Ter atuado em diferentes segmentos ou contextos de negócio, demonstrando capacidade de adaptação e aprendizado; Vivência em ambientes de alta complexidade operacional, transformação tecnológica ou operações críticas; Experiência nos segmentos de Agronegócio, Trading, Logística ou Operações portuárias será considerada um diferencial, mas não é requisito.
