Também realizamos todo o relacionamento com parceiros, vizinhança e clientes e assistência técnica aos proprietários e moradores. Desde 2010, em nossa criação, acreditamos no potencial de construção de histórias com nossos clientes e, para fazer parte de suas vidas, fomos além: estabelecemos um compromisso com a qualidade e empreendimentos eficientes. 💙Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMissão do Cargo:Responsável por garantir a entrega de resultados consistentes nas Centrais de vendas sob sua gestão, promovendo o desenvolvimento de pessoas, o cumprimento das rotinas operacionais e o fortalecimento da cultura da 7LM. Atua diretamente com os coordenadores, sendo referência em atitude de dono, zelo pelo essencial bem feito e disciplina financeira. Seu foco é construir uma operação comercial eficiente, simples e sustentável.Responsabilidades:Supervisionar e garantir a performance das centrais de vendas, atuando de forma próxima com coordenadores e gerentes para elevar resultados;Desenvolver líderes regionais, fornecendo suporte estratégico, treinamentos e direcionamento com base nos valores organizacionais;Acompanhar e assegurar a execução das rotinas operacionais da 7LM (reuniões, CRM, gestão de funil, padronização de processos);Analisar e interpretar indicadores de desempenho comercial (leads, visitas, propostas, vendas, repasses, conversão) e construir planos de ação estratégicos;Implementar e fiscalizar a disciplina financeira, controlando custos regionais e garantindo o cumprimento do orçamento;Reforçar a cultura de “atitude de dono”, incentivando a responsabilidade e a tomada de decisão consciente em todos os níveis;Propor, validar e acompanhar campanhas comerciais, metas trimestrais e mensais, alinhando a estratégia regional com a diretoria e áreas de suporte;Conduzir a integração e desenvolvimento de novos coordenadores e gerentes, garantindo aderência à cultura 7LM e às práticas de liderança;Estimular boas práticas de gestão de pessoas, aplicando feedbacks estruturados, planos de desenvolvimento individual e ações de reconhecimento;Promover a colaboração, simplicidade e foco em resultado, estimulando a troca de experiências e integração entre regiões.Requisitos e qualificaçõesHabilidades:Capacidade de treinar e desenvolver líderes;Habilidade de identificar oportunidades de negócios e propor soluções;ContraExperiência em planejamento e execução de campanhas comerciais regionais.Informações adicionaisProposta atrativa:Contratação PJ (fixo+ comissão);Seguro de vida pago pela empresa;Premiação Natalina.
