Se inscreva no nosso banco de talentos e, assim que uma oportunidade que tenha mais a ver com você aparecer, nós entraremos em contato!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na loja Astro Food Service em Montes Claros, com as seguintes atribuições:Auxiliar no atingimento de metas de vendas preestabelecidas;Realizar orçamento de vendas e auxiliar no trabalho de prospecção, positivação e fidelização de clientes;Realizar gestão dos relatórios gerenciais com foco em vendas;Acompanhar o processo de fechamento de caixa e operacionalização;Auxiliar na organização do layout padrão da loja conforme regras preestabelecidas;Avaliar o perfil individual dos colaboradores para melhor direcionamento dos seus talentos;Auxiliar no treinamento interno e administração da equipe;Auxiliar nas rotinas de gerenciamento da loja.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso de nível superior completo em Administração ou áreas afins;Disponibilidade para trabalhar em horário comercial de segunda a sexta de 08h às 18h e sábado de 08h às 12h. Pacote Office nível intermediário;Desejável: experiência em gestão de pessoas.Informações adicionaisPlano de Benefícios:Vale Alimentação;Premiação trimestral (conforme atingimento de metas);Plano de Saúde;Convênio Odontológico;Desconto em compras na Astro Food Service;Wellhub;Telemedicina;Entre outros.
