Cadastre seu currículo que em breve manteremos contato com você!Responsabilidades e atribuições  Planejar orçamento anual do departamento, analisar mensalmente os indicadores e definir ações corretivas entre o orçado e o realizado.  Coordenar o processo de contagem dos inventários de peças de acordo com a metodologia descrita;Planejar compra de peças, baseando-se nos pedidos recebidos, vendas efetuadas e no estoque existente e no sistema DPM (Dealer Parts Manejament);  Promover reuniões com a equipe a fim apresentar os resultados mensais e indicadores do departamento;Coordenar processo de vendas de peças e autorizar descontos e prazos dentro de sua alçada;Participar de Feiras e demais eventos e realizar contatos frequentes com clientes;Qualificar a base de dados e registrar os contatos realizados no sistema, bem como orientar sua equipe para esta atividade; Coordenar a organização e limpeza do departamento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior em Andamento;2 anos de experiência em equipamentos agrícolas; 2 anos experiência em Gestão de Pessoas;Informática Intermediário: pacote office, e-mail e internet;Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Plano de saúde;Plano odontológico;Vale alimentação;Ressarcimento de medicamentos;PPR;
