Buscamos um(a) Gestor(a) de Projetos Pleno para integrar o CRIE – Centro RodOil de Inovação em Energia, sendo responsável por conduzir projetos de pesquisa, desenvolvimento, tecnologia e inovação do início ao fim.Procuramos uma pessoa com organização, visão sistêmica e capacidade de conectar diferentes áreas, profissionais, fornecedores e parceiros, garantindo que projetos complexos avancem com clareza de escopo, prazo, recursos, riscos e entregas.O CRIE é uma ICT credenciada, sediada em Caxias do Sul (RS), que nasceu da união entre a RodOil e a ZTEC para transformar pesquisa aplicada em soluções reais para o mercado e para a indústria.Aqui, a pesquisa não termina em relatório. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar projetos do CRIE desde a iniciação até o encerramento, garantindo o cumprimento de escopo, prazo, custo, qualidade e objetivos;Planejar, executar, monitorar e controlar cronogramas, recursos, riscos, orçamento, indicadores e entregas;Atuar como ponto de conexão entre equipes técnicas, áreas de negócio, fornecedores, parceiros e demais stakeholders;Apoiar a estruturação e evolução do escritório de gerenciamento de projetos, desenvolvendo modelos de documentação, processos e frameworks;Conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento, status reports, comitês e apresentações executivas;Coordenar demandas de equipes multidisciplinares, acompanhando atividades, responsabilidades e entregas;Gerenciar fornecedores e contratos relacionados aos projetos;Identificar, analisar e mitigar riscos, dependências e impactos;Garantir a aplicação de metodologias e boas práticas de gerenciamento de projetos;Acompanhar levantamento de requisitos, validação de soluções, testes, homologações e implantações;Monitorar indicadores de desempenho e elaborar relatórios executivos;Apoiar iniciativas de inovação, transformação digital e melhoria contínua;Apoiar a gestão da mudança e a adoção das soluções desenvolvidas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em gestão de projetos de Engenharia e/ou Tecnologia;Conhecimento em metodologias tradicionais, como PMBOK, e ágeis, como Scrum, Kanban ou modelos híbridos;Experiência em planejamento e gestão de cronogramas, riscos, custos e recursos;Vivência na condução de projetos envolvendo tecnologia, engenharia, sistemas ou transformação digital;Boa capacidade de comunicação, negociação e gestão de stakeholders.Informações adicionaisPor que fazer parte do CRIE?Projetos reais: tecnologias com aplicação industrial concreta, do desenvolvimento à chegada ao mercado;Estrutura completa: oito laboratórios próprios e acesso a mecanismos de fomento e incentivo à inovação;Ambiente multidisciplinar: química, engenharia, tecnologia, dados e negócios trabalhando de forma integrada;Respaldo de um grupo consolidado: a agilidade de um centro de inovação conectada à solidez do ecossistema RodOil.Na RodOil, acreditamos que gente é a nossa energia.
