Esta es nuestra forma de desarrollar la minería, siempre conectados a los cambios, con personas comprometidas, inspiradas y en constante desarrollo.¡Únete a Nexa y forma parte de la minería que se mueve con el mundo!Responsabilidades y atribucionesCaracterización geomecánica del macizo rocoso de labores temporales y permanentes a partir del mapeo geotécnico y estructural y de labores antiguas. Incluye mapeo geotécnico, estructural y orientado de sondajes.Entrenar a todo el personal de interior mina sobre los problemas geotécnicos de estabilidad que pueden ocurrir de origen tensional o estructural.Calcular, diseñar, evaluar y recomendar sistemas de fortificaciónRealizar análisis de estabilidad utilizando métodos empíricos, analíticos y/o numéricos bidimensionales y tridimensionales.Interpretar la data capturada con instrumentación geotécnica instalada dentro de las labores mineras.Monitorear y establecer sistemas de instrumentación y monitoreo que permitan entregar alertas tempranas a la operación acorde a los mecanismos de inestabilidad mayores (Subterránea y taludes).Analizar y monitorear en tiempo real la actividad sísmica y los procesos de deformación presente dentro de las operaciones mineras.Monitorear y cumplir los planes de inspección de pasivos lineales e intersecciones pasivas, elaborar coordinar y supervisar el programa de desate de rocas e inspecciones, comunicando a la operación de manera formal el resultado de acciones requeridas.Monitorear QA/QC de los elementos de sostenimiento instalados en las labores mineras.Gestionar las actividades de los Ingenieros plenos, Junior y técnicos Geomecánicos, planificando y cumpliendo las tareas, estableciendo metodologías de trabajo, gestionando actividades de mejora para fomentar un correcto clima laboral en concordancia con las políticas de la empresa.Cumplir con los KPI de la empresa, consiguiendo en conjunto con la supervisión el logro de objetivos del área, proponiendo oportunidades de mejora, monitoreando y cumpliendo aquellas establecidas.Requisitos y calificacionesTitulado y Colegiado en Ingeniería de Minas, Geólogo o afinesExperiencia de 8 años en el área de Geomecánica en unidades mineras subterráneas.Conocimiento de software geomecánico (Leapfrog, Deswik, Rocscience).Gestión de Innovaciones y Procesos de Mejora geomecánicas.Informaciones adicionalesLugar de Trabajo: El PorvenirModalidad de Trabajo: 14x7En NEXA trabajamos en un ambiente diverso donde las personas se sienten libres para ser ellas mismos.
