A Companhia de Jesus seleciona um(a) profissional para atuar como Assistente de Prestação de Contas no escritório de São Paulo/SP, no bairro Bela Vista.Este profissional irá prestar suporte técnico e operacional aos processos de prestação de contas de projetos financiados por órgãos públicos, empresas privadas, fundações, organismos nacionais e internacionais, garantindo a organização documental, a conformidade das despesas, o cumprimento dos instrumentos contratuais e a adequada demonstração da aplicação dos recursos recebidos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOrganizar e controlar a documentação física e digital necessária para a prestação de contas dos projetos.Conferir documentos comprobatórios de despesas, tais como notas fiscais, recibos, contratos, comprovantes de pagamento e relatórios.Verificar a aderência das despesas aos planos de trabalho, convênios, termos de parceria, contratos, editais e demais instrumentos de financiamento.Auxiliar na elaboração das prestações de contas parciais e finais dos projetos.Realizar conciliações financeiras entre os registros contábeis, extratos bancários e relatórios financeiros dos projetos.Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios financeiros e demonstrativos de execução orçamentária.Controlar os prazos de entrega das prestações de contas e demais obrigações junto aos financiadores.Manter atualizados os controles internos relacionados aos projetos financiados.Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, disponibilizando documentos e informações solicitadas.Acompanhar pendências documentais junto às áreas responsáveis e fornecedores.Auxiliar no monitoramento da execução financeira e orçamentária dos projetos.Alimentar sistemas de gestão, plataformas governamentais e portais de prestação de contas quando aplicável.Elaborar planilhas de controle e indicadores relacionados à gestão financeira dos projetos.Zelar pela conformidade dos processos com a legislação vigente, normas institucionais e exigências dos financiadores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: Ensino Superior cursando ou completo em: Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou Gestão Financeira.Conhecimentos Técnicos:Excel intermediário ou avançado.Controle financeiro e administrativo de projetos.Noções de contabilidade e orçamento.Análise documental.Prestação de contas de convênios, parcerias, contratos e projetos financiados.Competências ComportamentaisOrganização.Atenção aos detalhes.Senso analítico.Responsabilidade e comprometimento.Proatividade.Trabalho em equipe.Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.Capacidade de cumprir prazos.Ética e sigilo profissional.Diferenciais para o CargoExperiência com convênios públicos (MROSC, Termos de Colaboração e Fomento).Conhecimento em projetos financiados por empresas, fundações, institutos e organismos internacionais.Experiência com sistemas TOTVS, Power BI e portais governamentais de prestação de contas.Conhecimento das normas aplicáveis ao Terceiro Setor e em entidades beneficentes certificadas (CEBAS) será considerado diferencial.Informações adicionaisContratação CLTJornada: 44 horas semanais de segunda a sexta-feira.Trabalho híbrido: segundas e sextas em home office e quarta a quinta presencial no escritório.Benefícios: Assistência médica e odontológica, seguro de Vida, vale alimentação ou refeição.
