Coordenar e supervisionar o Programa de Controle Médico de Saúde Ocupacional - PCMSO, efetuando exames admissionais, periódicos, retorno ao trabalho, mudança de função e demissionais, cumprir a legislação trabalhista na área de Segurança e Medicina do Trabalho, mediante informações obtidas pelo Programa de Prevenção e Riscos Ambientais - PPRA, prevenindo e tratando as doenças ocupacionais, envolvendo identificação de doenças de ordem geral nos colaboradores e análise das condições de trabalho das diversas áreas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCumprir e fazer cumprir os preceitos éticos e normatizações institucionais referentes à pratica médica;Coordenar e supervisionar o Programa de Controle Médico de Saúde Ocupacional - PCMSO, efetuando exames admissionais, periódicos, de retorno ao trabalho, mudança de função e demissionais;Dar complemento à legislação trabalhista na área de medicina de trabalho, mediante informações obtidas pelo Programa de Gerenciamento de Risco - PGR, realizando exames ocupacionais, prevenindo e tratando as doenças ocupacionais;Emitir o relatório anual do PCMSO, apresentando à CIPA, Segurança do Trabalho e Recursos Humanos;Prestar assistência aos colaboradores acidentados no trabalho, examinando e determinando a gravidade do acidente, ministrando e/ou encaminhando para tratamento especializado e preenchendo Comunicação de Acidente do Trabalho - CAT;Prestar atendimento médico em geral aos colaboradores da instituição, orientando-os para o tratamento adequado, com o objetivo de manutenção da saúde;Efetuar o registro completo dos atendimentos, nas fichas médicas individuais, de maneira clara e detalhada, visando manter o histórico devidamente atualizado;Desenvolver ações de Medicina Preventiva, promovendo campanhas de promoção à saúde e prevenção de doenças relacionadas ou não ao trabalho, prevenção de acidente de trabalho, bem como coordenar as campanhas de vacinação;Controlar periodicamente os funcionários portadores de doenças crônicas;Avaliar os funcionários com doença ocupacional ou acidentes de trabalho, sugerindo restrições, remanejamentos temporários ou definitivos de área e/ou de função;Acompanhar a elaboração de perícias de insalubridade executados pelos profissionais do SESMT;Propor e discutir com membros do SESMT, ações para melhoria dos "Ambientes-Tarefas", com vista à prevenção de doenças ocupacionais e acidentes do trabalho;Promover treinamento sobre Primeiros Socorros aos Supervisores, componentes da CIPA e Brigada de Incêndio;Implantar em conjunto com o Setor de Controle de Infecção Hospitalar, Recursos Humanos e Enfermagem, as mudanças no procedimento de atendimento de acidentes de trabalho com fone contaminada;Participar ativamente de reuniões para as quais seja convocado, contribuindo para o sucesso dos trabalhos e obtenção dos resultados pretendidos;Participar de programas de qualidade da unidade, incluindo coleta de informações;Participar de reuniões clinicas e administrativas para promover o aperfeiçoamento do serviço, bem como de eventos externo/internos, quando solicitado;Colaborar e participar na implementação de protocolos de assistência, pesquisa e ensino;Interagir com os demais departamentos da instituição e áreas envolvidas no atendimento ao paciente, buscando o aprimoramento técnico e troca de experiências para melhoria constante das atividades da área;Responder as solicitações do Serviço de Atenção ao Usuário referente à sua especialidade e atendimento;Colaborar e participar do gerenciamento de risco da instituição;Colaborar com a Diretoria Clínica na realização de relatórios técnicos de aspectos jurídicos ou policiais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Medicina;Especialização em Medicina do Trabalho;Conhecimento em Acidentes de Trabalho, Doenças Ocupacionais, Legislação Trabalhista, Previdência Social;CRM Ativo.Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho de Segunda a Sexta das 13:00 às 17:00
