Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Mecânico de Equipamentos Pesados para fazer parte da nossa equipe. Se você é uma em busca de novos desafios esta pode ser a oportunidade perfeita para você. Como Mecânico de Equipamentos Pesados, você será responsável por executar os serviços de manutenção mecânica preventiva e corretiva em equipamentos móveis, reparando defeitos, lubrificando equipamentos, substituindo e ajustando peças mecânicas; bem como realizar manutenções elétricas de baixa tensão e serviços de borracharia em geral, objetivando manter as condições de funcionamento do equipamento.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar manutenção preventiva e corretiva em equipamentos pesados de mina.Efetuar diagnósticos de falhas mecânicas e hidráulicas.Garantir o cumprimento dos padrões de segurança e qualidade.Preencher as “OS” (ordem de serviço), APR (Análise Preliminar de Risco), PTE (permissão de trabalhos especiais) ART (análise de risco de tarefa), procedendo ao bloqueio do equipamento.Realizar abertura e fechamento de Ordens de Trabalho de serviços não programados.Manter o controle atualizado de equipamentos liberados e em manutenção.Efetuar reparos e substituição de peças.Lançar os dados coletados no sistema eletrônico, para a programação das manutenções.Efetuar as manutenções necessárias nos equipamentos pesados sob sua responsabilidade.Apoiar em outras frentes de trabalho, quando solicitado.Realizar pequenas manobras nos equipamentos (deslocamento do equipamento, acionamento de implementos e realização de testes).Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança, qualidade e meio ambiente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo;Experiência comprovada na manutenção de Equipamentos Pesados;Desejável CNH categoria B;Disponibilidade para trabalho em Escala de TurnoInformações adicionaisTransporte fretadoRefeição na empresaAssistência médicaAssistência odontológicaSeguro de vidaAuxílio funeralVale AlimentaçãoCesta natalinaAuxílio crechePPR (Plano de Participação nos Resultados)
