Há 89 anos, a Fundação José Silveira mantém o olhar voltado para o futuro, reinventando suas práticas em um mundo imprevisível, sem perder de vista suas raízes sólidas naquilo que é a origem do propósito: cuidar da saúde e melhorar a qualidade de vida das pessoas.Com isso, buscamos pessoas conectadas ao novo que venham contribuir com o constante crescimento e a perpetuação do nosso legado.Junte-se ao nosso propósito!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar os serviços de manutenção conforme programação e prioridades estabelecidas;Realizar instalação, remoção, montagem e adequação de equipamentos de refrigeração e climatização;Executar manutenção preventiva e corretiva em equipamentos e sistemas de refrigeração;Realizar inspeção, diagnóstico e avaliação do funcionamento de equipamentos de refrigeração;Acompanhar e realizar manutenção no sistema de água gelada e chillers;Realizar substituição de componentes e peças dos sistemas de climatização;Executar serviços de solda e brasagem com acetileno, quando aplicável;Realizar levantamento de áreas e montagem de infraestrutura para instalação de equipamentos de climatização;Executar instalações e adequações de circuitos elétricos relacionados aos equipamentos de climatização, dentro de sua competência;Acompanhar tecnicamente prestadores de serviços durante instalação, manutenção e comissionamento de equipamentos;Executar serviços de manutenção nos equipamentos das unidades externas da Fundação;Realizar avaliação e manutenção de placas eletrônicas e componentes dos equipamentos de refrigeração;Registrar os serviços executados nas respectivas Ordens de Serviço (OS), contribuindo para o controle e histórico dos equipamentos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação técnica ou profissionalizante em Refrigeração, Climatização ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em manutenção preventiva e corretiva de equipamentos de refrigeração e climatização, incluindo chillers e sistemas de água gelada;Conhecimento e habilidade no uso de ferramentas manuais, elétricas e instrumentos de medição, como manifold, vacuômetro, multímetro e alicate amperímetro;Conhecimento em solda/brasagem com acetileno, carga e recolhimento de fluido refrigerante e identificação de vazamentos;Conhecimento em leitura de diagramas e identificação de componentes de sistemas de refrigeração;Capacitação em NR-10 e NR-35;Conhecimento básico de PMOC e boas práticas de manutenção em sistemas de climatização;Habilidade para diagnóstico de falhas, substituição de componentes e execução de manutenção preventiva e corretiva;Organização, responsabilidade, trabalho em equipe e capacidade para atuar em situações emergenciais e ambiente hospitalar.Informações adicionaisDisponibilidade para viagem;Disponibilidade de horário;
