Conduzir o start-up de equipamentos e instalações;

Executar ligações elétricas e hidráulicas dos equipamentos nas instalações dos clientes;

Atuar com instalação de equipamentos como Chillers, Air Handlers (Fancoils), Roof Tops, bombas d'água, Splitões e máquinas de precisão;

Acompanhar a execução de sistemas de água gelada (CAG), incluindo Chillers, torres de resfriamento e Fancoils, e sistemas de expansão direta, como Splits;

Analisar as condições necessárias para execução dos serviços, considerando prazo, equipamentos, peças, mão de obra, recursos e meios de controle;

Realizar o acompanhamento e fiscalização dos serviços executados por terceiros;

Liderar e acompanhar equipes durante a execução das instalações e serviços em campo;

Realizar o acompanhamento da execução dos projetos, garantindo conformidade com as especificações estabelecidas;

Emitir e armazenar relatórios periódicos dos serviços realizados;

Manter, organizar e zelar pelas ferramentas e equipamentos de trabalho, comunicando sinais de desgaste ou necessidade de substituição.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação técnica ou profissionalizante em Refrigeração, Climatização ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência com instalações comerciais e industriais de ar-condicionado/HVAC;

Experiência na liderança de equipes e acompanhamento de instalações de HVAC;

Conhecimento de sistemas de água gelada (CAG), incluindo Chillers, torres de resfriamento e Fancoils;

Conhecimento de equipamentos de expansão direta, como Split, Splitão e Roof Top;

Conhecimento em máquinas de precisão, como Vertiv, Stulz ou similares;

Experiência com sistemas hidráulicos, soldagem e montagem de sistemas de ar-condicionado;

Experiência como fiscal ou encarregado de obras comerciais, preferencialmente com vivência em obras de acabamento;

Conhecimento em informática;

NR 10 e NR 35 serão considerados diferenciais;

Experiência em ambientes críticos, como data centers, hospitais, aeroportos, rádio e TV e indústrias, será um diferencial;

Possui CNHB;

Disponibilidade para viagens em todo o território nacional, com períodos de campo;

Preferencialmente residir em São Paulo e Grande São Paulo, com possibilidade de avaliação de profissionais de outras localidades;
