A FLOWTRACK INDUSTRIA E COMERCIO DE EQUIPAMENTOS PARA AUTOMACAO INDUSTRIAL LTDA. busca uma pessoa Montadora Eletromecânica para atuar na montagem, instalação e testes de equipamentos industriais e sistemas de automação. A função envolve trabalho integrado com as áreas de programação e engenharia, além de atividades de instalação e testes nas dependências de clientes.

Principais responsabilidades

Montar equipamentos eletromecânicos, incluindo motores, redutores, sensores, atuadores, painéis e dispositivos industriais. Interpretar diagramas elétricos e pneumáticos e desenhos técnicos para executar montagens e instalações. Montar painéis elétricos e pneumáticos. Instalar sistemas elétricos, pneumáticos e mecânicos, realizando passagem de cabos, fixação de calhas e dutos, conexões e aterramento. Executar interligações elétricas e eletrônicas de força, controle e comunicação entre dispositivos de automação. Realizar ligações em CLPs, inversores de frequência, relés, disjuntores e sensores. Montar estruturas eletromecânicas e corrigir folgas, desalinhamentos e vibrações. Efetuar testes de funcionamento, verificando tensão, continuidade e operação de sensores e motores. Testar sistemas automatizados em conjunto com as equipes de programação e engenharia. Comunicar falhas identificadas e oportunidades de melhoria à engenharia. Instalar e testar equipamentos nas dependências de clientes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos técnicos

Curso técnico na área elétrica ou de automação. Experiência em empresas fabricantes de equipamentos industriais. Experiência com instalação e manutenção de equipamentos industriais em clientes. Leitura e interpretação de diagramas elétricos e mecânicos e desenhos técnicos. Conhecimentos de automação industrial, incluindo CLPs, sensores e inversores de frequência. Conhecimentos de eletricidade industrial, comandos elétricos e sistemas pneumáticos. Familiaridade com ferramentas de montagem e instrumentos de medição. CNH categoria B. Disponibilidade para atuação em clientes. Cursos complementares em comandos elétricos, controladores lógicos programáveis, sistemas pneumáticos e NR-10 são desejáveis.
