Buscamos profissionais comprometidos, com foco em resultados e paixão por operar equipamentos com responsabilidade e qualidade.Responsabilidades e atribuições SEU DIA A DIA:Operar equipamentos utilizados na movimentação e descarga de madeira, como Grua Florestal e Forwarder, seguindo os procedimentos operacionais estabelecidos.Realizar inspeções básicas e zelar pela conservação dos equipamentos, identificando desvios e solicitando manutenção quando necessário.Contribuir para o abastecimento de madeira da operação, acompanhando a programação e comunicando possíveis intercorrências.Participar dos diálogos de segurança e apoiar as análises de riscos das atividades executadas na área.Preencher registros operacionais, incluindo informações de produção e consumo de combustível.Manter os pátios organizados, limpos e em conformidade com os padrões operacionais.Atuar como referência em comportamento seguro, promovendo a prevenção de acidentes e o cumprimento dos procedimentos da empresa.Requisitos e qualificações O QUE ESPERAMOS PARA ESSA JORNADA?Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH) categoria C ou superior.Certificado de Formação de Operador de Máquinas Florestais. (Forwarder, Harvester, Grua, Carregador Florestal).Experiência ou conhecimento na operação de equipamentos florestais será considerado um diferencial.Compromisso com segurança, qualidade e meio ambiente.Disponibilidade para atuar em regime de escala de turno.
