O operador irá receber insumos para a montagem do produto, fazer lavagem, controle visual, verificação das dimensões,  funcionamento e demais características com a ajuda de instrumentos de precisão, padrões, testes e diversos outros meios, para certificar-se de sua conformidade aos padrões técnicos, funcionais, estéticos e normativos.

Fracionamento e embalagem de produtos e insumos, bem como atuar em atividades como conformar, cortar, controlar, realizar retrabalho quando necessário, seguindo procedimentos internos de cada operação e limitando-se as atividades de média complexidade.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõeso   Preencher check list inicial de Segurança (diariamente), de acordo com posto de Trabalho.o   Examinar o produto acabado ou semiacabado, inspecionando visual e de forma tátil, visando descobrir amassaduras, arranhões, desigualdades de cor e outras irregularidades;o   Enfardar produtos, fazendo a separação, conferência e pesagem, seguindo procedimentos internos e normas de segurança;o   Efetuar a identificação do produto, fazendo controle e etiquetando embalagens, visando controle por lotes;o   Abastecer as máquinas da fábrica com matéria-prima e/ou componentes do produto e insumos, e operá-las, de modo a dar continuidade ao processo produtivo, seguindo os procedimentos internos;o   Efetuar inspeções da qualidade das amostras retiradas da linha de produção, inspecionando visualmente e dimensionalmente os produtos, a fim de registrar o status atual dos controles;o   Realizar fracionamentos de insumos, colocando-os em caixetas/bugs conforme procedimentos internos para que sejam transportados aos supermercados;o   Preparar soluções químicas para efetuar o processo de lavar, de acordo com a necessidade exigida pelas especificações do produto;o   Atuar na regulagem e/ ou ajuste de ferramentas/dispositivos de pequena complexidade, determinando velocidade, profundidade e outros movimentos, garantindo a qualidade das peças;o   Manter local organizado, seguindo as normas do Programa 5Ss.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGrau de instrução mínimo: Ensino Médio CompletoGrau de instrução desejável: Formação no SENAI - CAICompetências Técnicas: Conhecimento das Máquinas Operacionais, conhecimento 5s e noções básicas de muniçãoCompetências Desejáveis: ISO9001, Manutenção Autônoma e Preventiva e LeanCompetências Comportamentais: Trabalho em Equipe, iniciativa, organização, concentração, responsabilidade, comunicação, foco nos resultados e adaptável a rotinasResidir nas proximidades do ABCDMRInformações adicionaisBenefícios:Para você e sua família: Cesta de Natal; licença maternidade estendida; licença paternidade; Auxílio Creche ou Babá para mães; presente de natal para filhos de colaboradores até 10 anos; Kit escolar (para colaboradores e filhos estudantes até o 9º ano); parceria com SESI (área de Lazer) e SENAI; PPR e homenagem por tempo de Empresa.Saúde e bem-estar: Convênio médico Intermédica NotreDame; convênio odontológico Dental Plus; convênio farmácia; ambulatório interno.Modelo de trabalho: 100% presencial.Alimentação: Restaurante no local; vale alimentação Mobilidade: Fretado (de acordo com o itinerário); estacionamento; bicicletário.Facilidades: Parceria com instituição de ensino (Graduação, Pós-graduação e MBA e Ensino Fundamental para filhos), escolas de idiomas; posto bancário Bradesco dentro da empresa e banco digital para empréstimos consignado.
