Responsável por negociar alternativas de regularização da dívida, apresentando propostas de pagamento conforme as políticas da empresa e buscando a recuperação do crédito de forma ética e consultiva.Principais responsabilidades:Realizar contatos ativos com clientes inadimplentes.Identificar os motivos do atraso e propor soluções adequadas para regularização.Negociar prazos, valores e formas de pagamento conforme as diretrizes da empresa.Registrar todas as interações e acordos nos sistemas internos.Acompanhar o cumprimento dos acordos firmados e realizar ações de acompanhamento quando necessário.Esclarecer dúvidas dos clientes sobre contratos, parcelas e opções de pagamento.Contribuir para o alcance das metas de recuperação de crédito, mantendo um atendimento cordial, respeitoso e focado na experiência do cliente.Atuar em conformidade com as normas internas, legislação vigente e políticas de proteção de dados.Perfil desejado:Boa comunicação e capacidade de negociação.Facilidade para lidar com objeções e resolução de conflitos.Organização e atenção aos registros das negociações.Foco em resultados e cumprimento de metas.Conhecimento básico em informática e sistemas de atendimento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBuscamos profissionais com✔ Experiência ou conhecimento em atendimento ao cliente e/ou produtos e serviços da empresa✔ Boa organização e gestão do tempo✔ Comunicação verbal e escrita clara e objetiva✔ Empatia, paciência e foco na experiência do cliente✔ Habilidade de negociação e resolução de problemasDiferencialPerfil proativo, comprometido com resultados e com interesse em desenvolvimento profissional.Informações adicionais* Modelo: 100% presencial – Barra Funda* Escala: 6x1🕒 Horário de trabalho:Segunda a Sexta: das 14h00 às 20h20Sábados: das 07h40 às 14h00Local de trabalho📍 Unidade Barra FundaR.
