Vem crescer com a gente!#VocêNaRandoncorp #SomosRandoncorp #VemPraCastertechSchroederResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesSuas atividades como serão:Operar e ajustar máquinas de usinagem (prensagem, desbaste, furação, acabamento, máquinas tridimensionais e células automatizadas), atuando como referência técnica.Treinar e orientar a equipe nos postos de trabalho.Realizar setups externos de ferramentas e registrar inspeções conforme instruções de trabalho, plano de controle e desenho.Liberar processos através da medição da primeira peça e apoiar o cumprimento das metas de produção.Registrar ocorrências e produção no diário de bordo e no sistema, seguindo ordens e especificações.Apoiar na programação de máquinas simples, garantindo a qualidade.Executar manutenção autônoma do posto conforme checklist da manutenção.Acompanhar a programação de produção e comunicar divergências ou dificuldades ao superior.Manter o posto de trabalho limpo, organizado e seguro, seguindo normas de segurança.Propor e implementar melhorias no processo.Executar atividades adicionais de mesma natureza e complexidade conforme demanda ou solicitação do superior.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara se inscrever na vaga é necessário que você possua os seguintes requisitos:Ensino médio incompleto;Curso Programação CNCCurso de LID- Leitura e Interpretação de Desenho;Curso de Metrologia; Vivência em operação de máquinas em Usinagem.Informações adicionaisHorário de Trabalho:

Turno 1 - Das 04h20 às 14h

Turno 2 - Das 13h55 às 23h18.

Turno 3 - Domingo das 19h30 às 04h25, de Segunda à Quinta das 23h18 às 04h25 e Sexta das 23h18 às 04h48
