Operar a ponte rolante com garra na unidade Waste-to-Energy, movimentando, homogeneizando e organizando os resíduos no bunker para alimentar o forno de forma contínua e regular, assegurando a estabilidade da combustão, a segurança operacional e o cumprimento dos procedimentos ambientais e internos da planta.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOperar a garra elétrica da ponte rolante, movimentando, misturando e homogeneizando os resíduos no bunker conforme procedimentos operacionais, para garantir abastecimento adequado e estável ao processo térmico.Realizar a alimentação dos funis de carga da fornalha/incinerador, mantendo fluxo regular de resíduos de acordo com orientações da sala de controle, para assegurar estabilidade da combustão ao longo da operação.Efetuar a homogeneização dos resíduos no bunker, misturando materiais e quebrando pontos de compactação, para melhorar a eficiência da combustão e evitar variações no processo.Organizar e redistribuir os resíduos no bunker, nivelando volumes e desobstruindo áreas críticas, para otimizar o espaço de armazenamento e evitar bloqueios durante a operação.Monitorar o bunker e a alimentação do forno/caldeira, utilizando câmeras e sistema supervisório, para identificar condições anormais e apoiar a continuidade do processo.Identificar resíduos inadequados ou materiais estranhos, removendo-os ou comunicando à equipe, para evitar danos ao sistema e manter a qualidade da alimentação.Apoiar o controle do nível de estoque de resíduos no bunker, observando volumetria e comportamento da carga, para garantir alimentação contínua do processo térmico.Realizar inspeções operacionais básicas na garra e ponte rolante, verificando componentes e apontando anomalias para manutenção, para preservar a confiabilidade e prevenir falhas.Executar o check-list diário dos equipamentos sob sua responsabilidade, conferindo itens de funcionamento antes de iniciar a operação, para assegurar que os equipamentos estejam aptos para uso.Registrar ocorrências do turno, inserindo informações nos sistemas internos ou relatórios, para manter rastreabilidade e facilitar a comunicação entre as equipes.Inspecionar visualmente os resíduos durante a movimentação, identificando materiais não conformes e aplicando tratativas indicadas, para evitar contaminação e problemas no processo térmico.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade mínima: Ensino Fundamental Completo.Competências técnicas:Desejável curso de Operador de Ponte Rolante promovido por instituição credenciada (SENAI ou equivalente), ou treinamento interno reconhecido pela empresa;Conhecimento básico em movimentação de cargas;Noções de segurança na operação de equipamentos móveis;Capacidade de seguir instruções operacionais da sala de controle;Desejável experiência em ambiente industrial ou central de resíduos.Perfil comportamental (Habilidades e atitudes)Disciplina operacional, responsabilidade na execução das atividades e comprometimento com segurança.Demonstra atenção constante às condições do ambiente e aos procedimentos estabelecidos, atuando com foco na prevenção de riscos e na integridade dos equipamentos.Experiência prévia:Desejável mínimo de 1 ano de experiência na operação de ponte rolante ou equipamentos de movimentação de cargas.Informações adicionais🏥 Assistência Médica😁 Assistência Odontológica🏋️ Auxílio Academia💊 Auxílio Farmácia🎄 Cesta de Natal🛡️ Seguro de Vida🍽️ Vale-Refeição ou Alimentação 🚌 Vale-Transporte
