Como o time está iniciando sua jornada em growth, você será fundamental para ensinar, criar dashboards, testar hipóteses e conectar o marketing aos objetivos globais do negócio.Buscamos profissionais que queiram atuar em um ambiente de tecnologia bastante dinâmico, colaborativo e com foco em inovação.Você fará parte de um time diverso, com trabalho remoto, proximidade no dia a dia e espaço para compartilhar conhecimento, assumir protagonismo e atuar em projetos desafiadores com impacto real no negócio.O que oferecemos:• Ambiente colaborativo e respeitoso• Autonomia e aprendizado contínuo• Projetos relevantes e desafiadores• Contato próximo com liderançasSe você se identifica com ambientes de tecnologia, desenvolvimento profissional e colaboração, essa pode ser uma boa oportunidade!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades Principais:Liderança e Desenvolvimento de Pessoas: Liderar o time direto, atuando como mentor(a) e facilitador(a) do aprendizado prático em growth e performance.Construção 'Mão na Massa': Desenhar, implementar e testar rotinas, experimentos e processos de growth do zero para uma equipe em amadurecimento técnico.Análise de Dados & DataViz: Criar e gerenciar painéis/dashboards de acompanhamento (Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.) para extrair insights acionáveis e otimizar campanhas.Visão de Negócio Extrapolada: Conectar as métricas de performance às metas gerais da empresa, indo além do "marketing tradicional".Execução Multicanal: Gerenciar e otimizar campanhas de mídia paga, inbound marketing e canais de tração voltados para conversão B2B.Requisitos e qualificaçõesHabilidades Técnicas:Experiência em Liderança: Vivência liderando pessoas (pode ser de forma informal ou em coordenações recentes), com perfil pedagógico e gosto por ensinar. Perfil Data-Driven: Forte capacidade analítica e domínio de ferramentas de visualização de dados (DataViz como Google Looker Studio, Tableau ou similares). Geração de demanda Mentalidade Mão na Massa: Disposição para criar fluxos, testes e relatórios do zero. Conexão com o Negócio: Facilidade para traduzir números de marketing em ROI e impacto direto em vendas/negócio. Perfil Comportamental: Extremamente colaborativo(a), dinâmico(a) e com excelente comunicação interpessoal. Idiomas: Inglês será um diferencial relevante.
