Não fazemos distinção de raça, cor, religião, identidade de gênero, orientação sexual, nacionalidade, deficiência ou idade em nenhuma etapa do processo seletivo, reforçando nosso compromisso de uma empresa focada em cooperar e no seu cliente interno e externo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMissão do Cargo:Realizar a conciliação das contas contábeis, monitorar o fechamento contábil, realizar cálculos de provisão técnica e margem de solvência, enviar informações do fluxo de caixa e Diops, intermediar auditorias externas, realizar levantamento e lançamento de custos assistenciais, validar informações de escrituração digital, orientar a equipe quanto as rotinas contábeis.Atribuições:Realizar a conciliação das contas contábeis, identificando possíveis falhas e providenciando os ajustes necessários, a fim de assegurar a demonstração do resultado real da empresa;

Monitorar o fechamento contábil, consultando fontes legais de procedimentos, a fim de assegurar a fidedignidade dos lançamentos contábeis;

Orientar a equipe referente às rotinas contábeis, visando garantir a correta execução das atividades e prevenir possíveis erros operacionais;

Realizar cálculos das provisões técnicas e margem de solvência, objetivando atender as normas das ANS;

Enviar informações acessórias do fluxo de caixa e Declaração de Informação das Operadoras de Plano de Saúde (DIOPS), visando atender os prazos e obrigações legais da ANS;

Validar as informações pertinentes ao Sistema público de Escrituração Digital, visando atender as normas da ANS;

Realizar levantamento e lançamento dos custos assistenciais da Operadora em conjunto com a equipe, objetivando apurar os resultados totais;

Intermediar o processo de auditoria externa na validação informações, visando atender as exigências da ANS;

Executar outras atividades correlatas à função, de acordo com a necessidade da organização, contribuindo para o alcance dos resultados.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade:Graduação Plena Completa em Ciências Contábeis e Pós – Graduação ou MBA em andamento.

Conhecimentos desejáveis: Normas atuais contábeis, plano de contas da ANS, Conciliação contábil, cálculos de provisão.  Habilidade no uso prático de ferramentas de IA Generativa voltadas para produtividade e análise de dados (com foco em NotebookLM e similares), aplicadas para apoiar a criação de relatórios executivos, resumos estruturados e insumos para apresentações gerenciais de resultados para a diretoria, relatórios e automação de síntesesCompetências necessárias:Engajamento Inspirador, Colaboração, Autonomia Proativa, Foco em Resultados, Comunicação e Senso de Dono.Informações adicionaisIremos oferecer:Saúde Integral do Colaborador (Assistência Médica);Plantão Psicológico;Assistência Odontológica;Wellhub;Auxílio Creche até 6 anos;Vale-Alimentação ou Vale-Refeição R$837,00;Local de Trabalho: Sede Administrativa (Av.
