Então vem com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão e Produtividade M365: Administrar e otimizar ecossistemas Microsoft 365, incluindo SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, Stream e Viva Engage.Projetos e Arquitetura Cloud: Analisar requisitos e executar projetos em nuvem pública (Azure e GCP), propondo novos procedimentos e padrões para a administração da infraestrutura.Segurança, Identidade e Conformidade: Configurar políticas de segurança, privacidade e conformidade; gerenciar identidades, MFA e controles de acesso refinados (RBAC/ABAC).Monitoramento e Melhoria Contínua: Monitorar a capacidade e o desempenho dos recursos Microsoft e Google, gerando relatórios executivos com recomendações de otimização.Continuidade de Negócio: Planejar e executar rotinas de backup, planos de contingência, disaster recovery e dimensionamento de ambientes Azure.Migração de Ambientes: Atuar em projetos de migração de ambientes on-premises para a nuvem Azure com ferramentas especialistas.Liderança Técnica e Suporte: Prestar suporte N2 de alta complexidade, realizar interface com fabricantes (Microsoft/Google) e liderar tecnicamente as equipes de operações e suporte.

Requisitos e qualificações 💻 Competências Técnicas Essenciais

Sólida experiência na administração do ecossistema Microsoft 365 completo (SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, etc.).Domínio em administração, governança e dimensionamento de ambientes Microsoft Azure.Vivência na execução de projetos e monitoramento em Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Forte conhecimento em segurança cloud: gestão de identidades, MFA, RBAC/ABAC, políticas de conformidade e privacidade.Experiência prática com estratégias de backup, recuperação de desastres (DR) e ferramentas de migração on-premises para Azure.Habilidade para liderança técnica de equipes de suporte/operações e articulação com fornecedores/fabricantes. 🏆 Diferenciais (O que valorizamos)

Certificações Microsoft (ex: MS-102, AZ-104) ou certificações Google Cloud.Conhecimentos em automação avançada com PowerShell ou ferramentas de IaC (Terraform, Bicep).🤝 Soft Skills Capacidade de Negociação e Relacionamento Interpessoal: Habilidade para gerenciar prazos, níveis de serviço (SLA) e negociações técnicas com fornecedores externos e fabricantes (Microsoft/Google).Pensamento Crítico e Visão Sistêmica: Habilidade para avaliar o impacto de mudanças de infraestrutura/segurança no ecossistema como um todo antes de sua execução.Resolução Completa de Problemas (Troubleshooting Avançado): Capacidade analítica para diagnosticar a causa raiz de incidentes complexos de infraestrutura e propor soluções definitivas, não apenas paliativas.Comunicação Clara e Tradução Técnica: Falar fluentemente a "língua do negócio", conseguindo traduzir conceitos técnicos complexos para executivos em relatórios e apresentações.
