Na busca contínua por mentes criativas e apaixonadas por inovação, estamos à procura de indivíduos que desafiem os limites, que abracem o novo e tracem caminhos inexplorados rumo a um futuro promissor.Com mais de 28 anos de expertise em Consultoria e Gestão de Projetos, somos uma referência nacional em Engenharia Consultiva, em constante expansão global. Com DNA de inovação, nos reinventamos e evoluímos.Nossa equipe, formada por mais de 2 mil colaboradores, trabalha para impulsionar nossa empresa rumo a um futuro ainda mais relevante, global e digital até 2030. Se você se identifica com nosso propósito, vamos juntos imaginar um futuro e engenhá-lo?Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDescrição sumária:Planejar e controlar todas as atividades que compõem o ciclo de vida do projeto, garantindo aderência aos marcos definidos e às etapas da metodologia FEL, a fim de contribuir para o cumprimento dos requisitos estabelecidos no contrato e nos gates de aprovação.Descrição detalhada:Apoiar o líder de projetos na elaboração, validação e acompanhamento dos projetos, desde a fase conceitual até o close-out;Estruturar, atualizar e revisar as linhas de base dos cronogramas a cada portão de aprovação (gates FEL), assegurando rastreabilidade e integração com custo e escopo;Realizar leitura e acompanhamento de processos, indicadores e relatórios de desempenho;Monitorar a execução dos cronogramas e tendências de cashflow, elaborando análises de desvios e planos de ação, com garantia de consistência de dados;Emitir programações semanais;Realizar análise crítica de estratégias e cronogramas, com criação de cenários e soluções mitigatórias de prazo e risco;Apoiar na definição e acompanhamento de indicadores do departamento de Planejamento;Elaborar relatórios gerenciais periódicos para o gerente de portfólio e para a governança (diários, semanais ou mensais, conforme necessidade);Conduzir análise de dados, restrições e riscos de prazo, propondo medidas mitigatórias;Dar suporte às demais atividades inerentes ao cargo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesComo requisito básico, você deve ter:Ensino Superior Completo ou graduação Tecnológica em Engenharia Civil, Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia Mecânica, ou áreas correlatas;Pacote Office avançado;Experiência com implantação de projetos;Experiência com Primavera P6.Você se destaca se tiver:Inglês intermediário;Experiência com MS Project;Conhecimento em FEL – Front End Loading;Conhecimento de ferramentas de gestão de projetos e outras metodologias (PMBoK, AWP, Lean construction, Prince2, Scrum, entre outras).Informações adicionaisCaracterísticas da vaga:Regime de contratação: Regular Office (Presencial);Local de atuação: São Luís/MAHorário de trabalho: 07:05 às 16:30h Benefícios contemplados na vaga:Plano de saúde 💳Plano Odontológico 🦷Seguro de vida ⛑️Transporte 🚌Alimentação 🥖Convênio com TotalPass🏋️‍♀️Descontos e parcerias com diversas instituições de ensino 📚
