A Pessoa Estagiária Administrativa – Laboratório de Metrologia na NOVUS atuará no apoio às rotinas administrativas do laboratório, com foco nos processos relacionados aos serviços de calibração realizados em campo.A posição dará suporte à organização e ao acompanhamento das demandas de atendimento aos clientes, contribuindo para o fluxo de ordens de serviço, certificados de calibração, padrões, documentação, faturamento e demais processos administrativos da operação.Somos acreditados pela Coordenação Geral de Acreditação do Inmetro (CGCRE) e oferecemos serviços metrológicos confiáveis e personalizados, realizados em nosso laboratório ou nas instalações dos clientes, com foco em qualidade, prazos, processos e satisfação dos clientes.Você pode conhecer ainda mais sobre nosso Laboratório de Metrologia em www.novus.com.br/pt/site/laboratorio-de-metrologiaResponsabilidades e atribuições Atividades que você vai realizar- Apoiar a abertura de ordens de serviço e a gestão dos certificados de calibração;- Auxiliar no controle de entrada e saída de padrões, materiais e pedidos relacionados às calibrações em campo;- Apoiar as rotinas administrativas da operação de campo, incluindo controle de estoque e interface com a área Comercial;- Auxiliar nas solicitações de faturamento e no envio de documentos aos clientes;- Apoiar o atendimento aos clientes e o acompanhamento dos prazos dos serviços de calibração;- Auxiliar na organização de documentos e na manutenção dos registros do Sistema da Qualidade; - Apoiar a equipe nas demais rotinas administrativas do laboratório.

Requisitos e qualificações REQUISITOS

Estar cursando Técnico, Tecnólogo ou Graduação em Administração, Processos Gerenciais, Logística ou áreas afins;Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;Interesse em aprender rotinas administrativas e utilização de sistemas corporativos;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;Perfil proativo, multifuncional, responsável e comprometido com o aprendizado.DIFERENCIAIS

Conhecimento básico de Excel; Vivência acadêmica ou interesse nas áreas de processos, qualidade, logística ou administração; Familiaridade com sistemas informatizados e rotinas de organização de documentos.
