Atribuições da vaga: Realizar intervenção precoce em pacientes de 0 a 3 anos com intuito de minimizar danos e melhorar a saúde e qualidade de vida;

Realizar avaliação e/ou admissão de pacientes na unidade de atendimento definindo o perfil do mesmo sinalizando sua inclusão no plano de tratamento fisioterapêutico;

Realizar atendimentos fisioterápicos nos pacientes, segundo solicitação/encaminhamento médico, a fim de contribuir com a estabilização e reabilitação de seu quadro e possível melhora do quadro clínico;

Inserir informações dos atendimentos no sistema, com o objetivo de registrar evolução de pacientes atendidos;

Atualizar o painel de chamada do paciente, com a finalidade de contribuir para a pontualidade do atendimento;

Desempenhar suas atividades segundo as práticas organizacionais exigidas, visando a segurança dos pacientes;

Executar outras atividades correlatas à função, de acordo com a necessidade da organização, contribuindo para o alcance dos resultados.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: Graduação Plena Completa em Fisioterapia e Pós-graduação em Psicomotricidade, Bobath, Estimulação Precoce, Pediatria ou áreas afins. Diferencial: Habilidades no atendimento de pacientes TEA.
