Viemos para fazer acontecer, sempre. A Cigarra é a agência de comunicação do grupo UMAUMA.Atuamos em seis frentes: digital, influenciadores, imprensa, mídia, mailing e collabs.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBuscamos por um perfil hands on que acompanhe o processo do briefing à execução;Participar de reuniões com cliente, atuando ativamente na coleta do briefing, esclarecendo dúvidas e garantindo o entendimento do projeto;Desenvolver a estratégia (seja ela de conteúdo, PR, ativações ou de MKT de influência) mapeando insights, diagnosticando oportunidades, criando o direcional estratégico até o desdobramento tático da ação;Acompanhar, junto ao time de produção, o cronograma reverso para execução das ideias e garantir que a proposta criativa seja cabível dentro do prazo do projeto;Acompanhar, junto ao time de curadoria, a seleção dos perfis de influência, garantindo que tenham fit com o objetivo da campanha e propósito da ação;Apresentar o planejamento para o cliente com clareza, didática e defesa clara da estratégia do projeto, campanha ou ação;Garantir o entendimento do racional estratégico e criativo, revisando a rota e adaptando para eventuais necessidades ou mudanças de informações durante o processo;Acompanhar a entrega do time no que tange a execução da estratégia e criação proposta, garantindo que o que será executado condiz com o que é apresentado;Habilidade para liderar múltiplos projetos simultaneamente;Habilidade para estruturar cronogramas reversos e acompanhar o cumprimento dos prazos;Estabelecer o relacionamento com o cliente com resiliência e cordialidade, conduzindo e adaptando adversidades ao longo do projeto;Ter um perfil proativo, interessado e disposto a fazer acontecer.
