Se você procura um ambiente acolhedor, com oportunidades de desenvolvimento, e tem orgulho em contribuir com um propósito maior, essa vaga pode ser ideal para você.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMinistrar aulas das modalidades conforme sua especialização e experiência;Elaborar aulas das modalidades, definindo músicas, coreografias e intensidades dos exercícios conforme objetivos dos alunos;Elaborar montagens de treino dos alunos de acordo com as avaliações funcionais, assegurando o seu correto desenvolvimento e efetuando o acompanhamento das evoluções físicas com o objetivo de evitar contusões e desgaste muscular;Orientar os alunos nas montagens dos pesos e cargas para a correta execução dos exercícios;Orientar os alunos nos alongamentos visando evitar contusões e desgastes;Auxiliar na elaboração e execução dos eventos esportivos, recreativos e sociais do PIC, repassando as informações necessárias aos participantes conforme orientações preestabelecidas;Garantir o aprendizado e motivação dos alunos com o objetivo da execução de um trabalho de longo prazo, bem como criar um ambiente agradável e descontraído para a realização das atividades;Garantir o perfeito estado de conservação e limpeza do ambiente e equipamentos sob sua responsabilidade, solicitando reparos, manutenção e compra de materiais quando necessário, a fim de atender com qualidade aos alunos;Supervisionar as atividades desempenhadas pelos estagiários, orientando-os na melhor forma de execução e abordagem do público sob sua responsabilidade;Informar o superior imediato das ocorrências que fujam ao seu controle para a tomada das devidas providências de acordo com as normas internas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimento em Fisiologia do Exercício, Cinesiologia, Treinamento Esportivo, Musculação e Aulas Coletivas;Registro no Conselho Regional de Educação Física – CREF;Conhecimento sobre atendimento ao cliente.Relacionamento interpessoal;Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão;Comprometimento;Comunicação eficaz;Dinamismo (inclui vigor, rapidez, energia, vitalidade);Flexibilidade;Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe;Iniciativa;Ética;Planejamento (inclui organização).Informações adicionaisHappy Day;Vale Combustível ou Vale Transporte;VA e VR;Lanche diário;Cesta Básica;Auxílio-Creche;Convênio SESC;Convênio CDL;Plano de Saúde sem coparticipação UNIMED;Plano Odontológico sem coparticipação UNIMED.
