Promotor Técnico Comercial Jr| Grandes animais- Região Norte do Pará/Brasil  Sumário do cargo:Responsável por atingir as metas de Vendas e Demanda dos canais sob sua responsabilidade, implementando e acompanhando as estratégias e planos de Vendas/Marketing. O trabalho é direcionado integralmente à geração de demanda dos produtos Pearson em revendas e cooperativas, atuando no balcão e junto aos pecuaristas de corte e leite. Atua em parceria com o Coordenador de Vendas, contribuindo para a análise de estoques dos PDVs e o equilíbrio mensal entre Sell In (vendas) e Sell Out (demanda).Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerar demanda junto a revendas e cooperativas para ampliar distribuição e atingir o consumidor final;Controlar pedidos via sistemas (enviados, faturados e entregues nos PDVs);Atuar sob diretrizes da gerência distrital ou regional;Cadastrar e manter clientes atualizados, cumprindo a quantidade estipulada de atendimento diário;Priorizar demanda em revendas/cooperativas;Realizar treinamentos e suporte técnico a revendas e cooperativas;Dominar o portfólio, concorrência, argumentos de venda e estratégias de Marketing;Planejar e cumprir roteiro de visitas conforme a matriz de tempo e território (clientes A, B e C);Participar de eventos e feiras para divulgação, treinamento e geração de demanda;Acompanhar a performance da equipe de vendas das revendas e cooperativas;Implementar programas sanitários e de semeadura de produtos estratégicos em propriedades.Requisitos e qualificaçõesNecessário formação superior completa em Veterinária ou Zootecnia;Pacote Office intermediário (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);Experiência com técnicas de vendas e negociação; Necessária experiência na área;Ter trabalhado na região de atuação será um diferencial.Residir em Paragominas ou Castanhal/PA.Informações adicionaisValorizamos e apoiamos nossas pessoas em toda a sua jornada!
