🔹 Atuar diretamente na promoção, exposição, oferta e venda de acessórios automotivos originais ou homologados, contribuindo para o aumento da receita adicional por veículo vendido e no pós-venda, agregando valor à experiência do cliente e reforçando a identidade da marca.Responsabilidades e atribuições PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES🔹 1.) Abordar clientes no showroom e na área de entrega técnica para oferecer soluções em acessórios originais e serviços agregados;🔹 2.) Realizar a exposição e demonstração dos acessórios, ressaltando benefícios, características técnicas, estética e valor agregado;🔹 3.) Apoiar a equipe de vendas e de pós-venda na oferta conjunta de pacotes de acessórios durante o processo de negociação do veículo;🔹 4.) Elaborar orçamentos e propostas personalizadas, alinhadas às necessidades do cliente e diretrizes comerciais;🔹 5.) Registrar pedidos, acompanhar prazos de instalação e garantir entrega conforme padrão da montadora;🔹 6.) Atualizar-se constantemente sobre o portfólio de acessórios, promoções e lançamentos;🔹 7.) Monitorar o giro de estoque de acessórios e reportar demandas e oportunidades ao setor de peças e marketing;🔹 8.) Realizar ações promocionais, vitrines, campanhas internas e externas para estimular a venda de acessórios;🔹 9.) Zelar pela organização, limpeza e apresentação do espaço de exposição de acessórios.ÁREA DE RESULTADOS (KPI’s):🔹 1.) Taxa de penetração de acessórios por veículo vendido;🔹 2.) Ticket médio de venda de acessórios;🔹 3.) Receita mensal por promotor;🔹 4.) Índice de satisfação do cliente (pós-compra);🔹 5.)
