Com foco na saúde bucal e na experiência do paciente, atua com diferentes especialidades odontológicas, prezando pela excelência técnica, organização dos processos e relacionamento de confiança com seus clientes.E agora queremos saber: você gosta de lidar com pessoas, tem boa comunicação e se identifica com um ambiente dinâmico e organizado?Se a resposta for sim, essa oportunidade pode ser perfeita para você! ✨Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais ResponsabilidadesRealizar atendimento presencial, telefônico e via WhatsApp, garantindo uma experiência acolhedora e de excelência aos pacientes;Recepcionar pacientes, realizar cadastros, atualização de informações e organização de prontuários e documentos;Efetuar agendamentos, confirmações, remarcações e gestão da agenda dos profissionais da clínica;Realizar acompanhamento de pacientes, incluindo contatos de pós-consulta, follow-up de orçamentos e continuidade de tratamentos;Apoiar ações de relacionamento e fidelização, mantendo contato ativo com pacientes e acompanhando indicadores de atendimento;Realizar recebimentos, lançamentos financeiros, fechamento de caixa e conferência de pagamentos;Preencher, atualizar e controlar planilhas administrativas e relatórios internos;Organizar documentos, contratos, termos de consentimento e demais registros da clínica;Apoiar a organização da recepção, copa e áreas de atendimento, contribuindo para um ambiente agradável e acolhedor;Lavar e organizar utensílios utilizados por pacientes, como xícaras, copos e itens da copa;Auxiliar na retirada de resíduos e na manutenção da organização dos ambientes, em conjunto com a equipe de apoio;Prestar suporte operacional ao consultório quando necessário, incluindo preparação básica do ambiente e apoio às rotinas clínicas;Apoiar o controle de materiais, exames, próteses e demandas administrativas relacionadas ao fluxo dos pacientes;Realizar publicações simples, stories e interações básicas nas redes sociais da clínica;Contribuir para o bom funcionamento da operação, garantindo organização, agilidade e excelência no atendimento.Buscamos uma profissional que tenha:Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Facilidade para lidar com múltiplas demandas simultaneamente;Perfil acolhedor, proativo e voltado para atendimento ao público;Afinidade com rotinas administrativas, financeiras e comerciais;Disponibilidade para apoiar atividades operacionais da clínica quando necessário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatóriosEnsino médio completoExperiência prévia com atendimento ao clienteExcel intermediárioBoa comunicação verbal e escritaFacilidade com uso de computador e celularDisponibilidade para trabalho presencialRequisitos desejáveisExperiência anterior em clínicas odontológicas, médicas ou estéticasVivência com rotinas administrativas e financeiras simplesExperiência com vendas ou atendimento com foco em conversãoInformações adicionais💼 O que oferecemosRemuneração e benefíciosSalário fixo: R$ 2.100,00Vale-transporte 🗓 Horário: Segunda á sexta, das 09:00 às 19:00 | 1x na semana o horário de saída será às 18:00📍 Local: São Lourenço – Niterói / RJ
