Realizar a programação da roteirização de coleta e entrega de mercadorias, contribuindo para a efetividade da operação, cumprimento dos padrões definidos pela empresa e satisfação dos clientes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar roteiros e itinerários com base nos veículos disponíveis e nos clientes a serem atendidos, priorizando as entregas urgentes, otimizando e agilizando o processo de coleta e entrega;Comunicar o roteiro a ser seguido pela operação, disponibilizando os conhecimentos de frete roteirizados, para o correto carregamento dos veículos;Gerar e controlar relação de entrega de mercadorias, para que o status da mesma esteja disponível para consulta interna e externa;Repassar o roteiro programado ao ajudante de motorista ou motorista de coleta e entrega, entregando os documentos fiscais, para assegurar que as mercadorias sejam transportadas acompanhadas da documentação exigida e que o roteiro elaborado seja cumprido;Programar a distribuição da carga de forma equalizada nos veículos, realizando análise do volume de carga prevista para a coleta e entrega;Transmitir as informações de necessidade de coletas, às equipes de coleta e entrega à medida que forem sendo programadas;Solicitar veículos ao setor de frota para o carregamento conforme os horários previstos;Realizar as tratativas de entregas não realizadas, produtos não carregados, avariados ou clientes não localizados, sempre que necessário;Realizar controle de horários de saída e chegada dos veículos de coleta e entrega e dos motoristas e ajudantes escalados por roteiro;Realizar controle e agendamento das entregas das mercadorias com TDA e TDE;Sugerir melhorias nos processos da roteirização, para desenvolvimento de projetos que possam vir a otimizar as atividades, reduzir custos e retrabalhos bem como melhorar os níveis de serviços aos clientes;Manter-se atualizado em relação às tendências e inovações tecnológicas de sua área de atuação e das necessidades do setor;Seguir políticas, normas e procedimentos de trabalho implantados e contribuir para melhoria contínua dos mesmos;Prestar suporte aos superiores hierárquicos, fornecendo informações sobre rotinas e procedimentos;Atender e respeitar procedimentos padrões e de segurança do trabalho na empresa e nos estabelecimentos terceiros (clientes).Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em atividades de roteirização, movimentação de mercadorias e/ou área afins;Ensino médio completo.Horários: das 05h - 15h | das 09h - 19h
