Buscamos uma pessoa, analítica e orientada a negócio, que vá além da construção de relatórios: alguém capaz de transformar dados comerciais em informação confiável, processos automatizados e soluções que gerem impacto real.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSuas principais responsabilidades serão:Domínio de SQL avançado e modelagem dimensional;Experiência na construção de pipelines de dados e processos de ingestão, preferencialmente em ambientes como Data Lake;Conhecimento de Python aplicado à automação, tratamento e análise de dados;Experiência com Power BI, incluindo modelagem, desenvolvimento visual e validação de layouts;Familiaridade com IA generativa, utilizando ferramentas de IA para acelerar análises, gerar/revisar SQL e Python e documentar regras de negócio;Conhecimento de APIs e LLMs, aplicados à classificação, extração e sumarização de dados comerciais;Capacidade de traduzir regras de negócio em dados, indicadores e soluções automatizadas;Organização e autonomia para documentar processos e garantir a qualidade das entregas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPré-requisitos:Bacharelado ou tecnólogo em Ciência/Engenharia de Dados, Sistema de Informação, TI ou equivalente;Vivência em bens de consumo, varejo, sell-in e sell-out;Experiência trabalhando com dados distribuidores e fontes de terceiros;Conforto para negociar prazos e requisitos com TI e fornecedores;Conhecimento de RAG e aplicações de IA sobre bases internas;Experiência com modelos de previsão e detecção de anomalias em séries temporais;Conhecimento de ferramentas de automação, como n8n, Power Automate, Copilot Studio ou similares.Informações adicionaisTambém oferecemos:VAVRAssistência Médica BradescoAssistência OdontológicaSeguro de VidaPrevidência PrivadaHorário FlexívelModelo de trabalho híbridoTotalpassParticipação nos resultados
