Reportando-se diretamente ao CFO, buscamos um(a) Gerente de FP&A para ser o responsável por liderar os processos de planejamento financeiro, análise de desempenho e suporte à tomada de decisão estratégica da companhia, atuando como parceiro de negócios das áreas operacionais e executivas.Responsabilidades e atribuições Liderar a área de FP&A, promovendo o desenvolvimento da equipe e a melhoria contínua dos processos financeiros;Coordenar o ciclo completo de planejamento financeiro, incluindo orçamento anual, forecasts periódicos e plano de longo prazo;Elaborar e acompanhar análises de resultados, identificando desvios, riscos e oportunidades em relação ao orçamento e às metas da companhia;Desenvolver modelos financeiros e preditivos para apoiar decisões estratégicas, investimentos e iniciativas de crescimento;Conduzir análises de viabilidade econômica e financeira de projetos, novos negócios e iniciativas corporativas;Elaborar apresentações executivas e reportes gerenciais para a liderança local e para o time global de finanças;Atuar como parceiro estratégico das áreas de negócios, traduzindo dados financeiros em insights acionáveis para suportar a tomada de decisão;Liderar iniciativas de otimização de processos, automação e aprimoramento dos controles gerenciais;Monitorar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e realizar benchmarking e pesquisas setoriais para apoiar o planejamento estratégico;Participar de discussões relacionadas à estrutura de capital, rentabilidade e geração de valor para o negócio.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Economia, Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;Inglês fluente;Excel avançado;Sólidos conhecimentos em modelagem financeira, análise de demonstrações financeiras e matemática financeira;Perfil analítico, com pensamento crítico, visão estratégica e orientação para resultados;Capacidade de comunicação e influência junto a diferentes níveis da organização;Experiência em liderança e desenvolvimento de equipes;Curiosidade intelectual, proatividade e forte capacidade de resolução de problemas.Será um DIFERENCIAL se você tiver:Experiência com análise e modelagem de dados utilizando ferramentas como Power Pivot, Power BI, Python ou R;Conhecimento de contabilidade gerencial e financeira;Espanhol avançado;Vivência internacional ou experiência em empresas multinacionais;Experiência em ambientes de alta complexidade, crescimento acelerado ou transformação organizacional.Nos aspectos físicos exigem-se coordenação motora ampla e fina, destreza, articulação dos membros superiores e dos inferiores, postura variável para desenvolvimento de suas atividades, rotação e flexão do tronco, locomoção e deambulação e esporádico esforço físico.Nos aspectos sensoriais exigem-se acuidade visual para conferência de materiais, documentos físicos e preenchimento de dados no sistema interno integrado da empresa, e percepção auditiva para atendimento telefônico, aos fornecedores e colaboradores.Nos aspectos neuropsíquicos exigem-se atenção, concentração, habilidade organizacional, criatividade, interpretação de dados e iniciativa para solução de situações causais.
