Buscamos alguém proativo, que saiba trabalhar sob demanda e mantenha o padrão de qualidade da nossa operação.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar e distribuir as atividades da equipe, considerando ocupação, entradas, saídas e prioridades da operação.Supervisionar o trabalho de camareiras, auxiliares, líderes e demais profissionais sob sua responsabilidade.Inspecionar unidades habitacionais e áreas comuns, verificando limpeza, organização, enxoval, amenities e funcionamento dos itens.Acompanhar a liberação das unidades após limpeza e inspeção, mantendo os registros atualizados no sistema.Manter alinhamento com a Recepção sobre disponibilidade de unidades, prioridades, solicitações especiais e divergências de status.Elaborar e acompanhar escalas, folgas e cobertura dos postos, conforme as diretrizes da gestão.Controlar a movimentação e as condições de enxoval, uniformes, materiais e equipamentos, acompanhando inventários e necessidades de reposição.Acompanhar os serviços de lavanderia própria ou terceirizada, verificando qualidade, prazos e conservação das peças.Orientar a equipe sobre técnicas de limpeza, uso e diluição de produtos, utilização de equipamentos e EPIs.Organizar e acompanhar cronogramas de limpeza profunda e atividades periódicas.Registrar e acompanhar solicitações de manutenção, verificando as condições das unidades antes de sua liberação.Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos de achados e perdidos, controle de chaves e acesso às unidades.Atender e acompanhar solicitações e reclamações relacionadas à governança, buscando soluções com os setores envolvidos.Treinar novos colaboradores, acompanhar o desempenho da equipe e fornecer orientações para melhoria.Monitorar produtividade, qualidade, consumo de materiais e perdas, propondo melhorias e redução de desperdícios.Reportar à gestão ocorrências, resultados das inspeções e necessidades operacionais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo.Experiência em governança hoteleira e supervisão de equipes.Conhecimento em limpeza de unidades habitacionais, conservação de ambientes e controle de enxoval.Conhecimento básico em informática e controles operacionais.Disponibilidade para atuar em escala, incluindo finais de semana e feriados, conforme a operaçãoInformações adicionaisContratação: CLT;Escala 6x1;Vale transporte;Vale refeição;Seguro de Vida em grupo;Local de trabalho: Rod.
