Supervisionar a manutenção preventiva, corretiva e emergencial de máquinas e equipamentos.Estabelecer metas e prioridades da equipe, utilizando o Programa de Ação (PA) e realizando as revisões necessárias.Atuar conforme as metas e normas de segurança, saúde e qualidade.Elaborar o plano de execução das manutenções, definindo simultaneidades dos serviços.Desenvolver o planejamento e a estratégia de execução conforme o escopo das manutenções preventivas (PMs) e das paradas operacionais.Apoiar a coordenação no acompanhamento dos serviços, desde engenharia e reparo até embarque e instalação offshore.Acompanhar e conferir os relatórios diários de obra, garantindo o correto registro dos serviços.Manter o suprimento adequado de peças sobressalentes, atendendo às necessidades de manutenção e garantindo uma operação eficiente e segura.Assegurar a manutenção, integridade e disponibilidade das barreiras de segurança sob sua responsabilidade, atuando como Guardião de Barreiras do Safety Case.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar a manutenção preventiva, corretiva e emergencial de máquinas e equipamentos.Estabelecer metas e prioridades para a equipe, utilizando o Programa de Ação (PA).Elaborar planos de execução das manutenções, definindo prioridades e simultaneidade dos serviços.Planejar estratégias de execução conforme as manutenções programadas (PMs) e paradas operacionais.Acompanhar os serviços desde a engenharia e reparo até o embarque e instalação offshore.Acompanhar e conferir os relatórios diários dos serviços executados.Garantir disponibilidade adequada de peças e materiais sobressalentes para manutenção.Garantir a eficiência, disponibilidade e segurança operacional dos equipamentos.Assegurar a manutenção, integridade e disponibilidade das barreiras de segurança sob sua responsabilidade.Atuar como Guardião de Barreiras do Safety Case, conforme responsabilidades estabelecidas para a função.Supervisionar a manutenção e o reparo dos equipamentos mecânicos da sonda, mantendo-os em elevado padrão operacional.Atuar em conformidade com as normas e metas de segurança, saúde e qualidade. Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação obrigatória: Curso Técnico em Mecânica.Desejável: Ensino Superior na área de Mecânica.Registro: Conselho de classe.Proficiência em Inglês.Conhecimento avançado em Hidráulica e Pneumática.Conhecimentos técnicos em Mecânica.Conhecimentos básicos de Tornearia, Caldeiraria, Soldagem e Estruturas.Conhecimento avançado no Sistema de Manutenção Maximo.Sólida experiência em atividades mecânicas em unidades de perfuração de poços.Desejável experiência consolidada offshore em empresas de perfuração, com autonomia nas rotinas operacionais.Competências em liderança, desenvolvimento de pessoas, trabalho em equipe e comunicação.
