Será responsável pelo desenvolvimento e acompanhamento das atividades operacionais relacionadas à classificação de grãos na região, atuando na logística, organização e direcionamento dos recursos necessários para o atendimento das demandas. Também dará suporte no treinamento, integração e direcionamento de novos colaboradores, além de acompanhar as demandas dos clientes e contribuir para a resolução de eventuais necessidades da operação. Entre suas responsabilidades, estará a elaboração e o acompanhamento da programação de embarques, buscando garantir o melhor atendimento às demandas logísticas da região, bem como o relacionamento e realização de visitas aos clientes.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar e orientar a equipe, garantindo o bom desempenho das atividades; Realizar o planejamento operacional de curto prazo, assegurando a eficiência das operações; Administrar recursos materiais e humanos, participando ativamente da rotina operacional; Garantir o cumprimento de normas e procedimentos internos e externos; Assegurar a conformidade com as políticas gerais e de recursos humanos do Genesis Group.
