Nosso portfólio inclui projetos e design de navios, sistemas de propulsão e Dynamic Positioning, equipamentos para convés, soluções de bombeamento, gerenciamento de resíduos, acomodação, STP, HVAC, luminárias e helideck, além de serviços de retrofits e pós-venda. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades:Supervisionar e executar os serviços de instalação, manutenção e comissionamento de sistemas de refrigeração (HVAC) em ambiente naval e offshore;Gerir as equipes técnicas em campo (onshore e offshore), orientando, acompanhando, dando suporte nas tarefas para manter o cronograma do serviço;Acompanhar o cronograma dos serviços, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos, da qualidade e da segurança;Controlar materiais, insumos e ferramentas necessárias para as operações;Elaborar relatórios técnicos e de não conformidade;Realizar interface direta com clientes para alinhamento técnico e gestão das expectativas;Zelar pelo cumprimento das normas de Segurança, Saúde, Meio Ambiente e Qualidade;Auxiliar no desenvolvimento técnico da equipe.Requisitos e qualificações🎓 Requisitos:Formação superior em Engenharia ou técnica em Refrigeração, Climatização, Eletromecânica ou áreas correlatas;CFT ou CREA ativo;Experiência prévia em supervisão de equipes técnicas de refrigeração;Conhecimento de sistemas split, chiller, self-contained e câmaras frigoríficas;Conhecimento em leitura de diagramas técnicos e interpretação de projetos;Disponibilidade para viagens e eventuais embarques;Pacote Office;Facilidade com sistemas de relatórios de serviço.Residir em local de fácil acesso ao Porto do Açu – RJ.✨Diferenciais:Certificação em refrigeração (ex: SENAI, ABRAVA etc.).NR-10, NR-33 e NR-35 atualizadas.Experiência com operações offshore ou setor naval.Vivência com planos de manutenção preventiva e corretiva.Experiência em elaboração de PMOC.Informações adicionais🎯O que oferecemos:Ambiente dinâmico e altamente técnico.Oportunidade de crescimento e aprendizado contínuo.Participação em projetos de grande relevância no setor naval e offshore.Pacote de benefícios compatível com o mercado.Plano de saúde (Para colaborador e dependentes, ambos com co-participação e extensivo aos cônjuges e filhos até 21 anos).Plano odontológico Sulamérica (Sem custo para colaborador e dependentes).Seguro de vida Icatu.Caju benefícios (Alimentação/Refeição).Caju benefícios (Mobilidade) / Jaé / Riocard.Wellhub (Antigo GymPass).
