Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades:Responder pela equipe no cumprimento de todos os princípios do Código de Ética e Conduta do Grupo Sinosserra, assim como as políticas e procedimentos internos. Orientar para o cumprimento e aplicar medidas disciplinares em caso de descumprirento;Responder pelo resultado de Lucro Bruto Comercial e %LBC da Porta Showrrom (receita de venda dos produtos, comissões Venda Direta, Despachante, Politek, Financiamento de Veiculos, SPF, Seguros e Consórcio);Responder pela execução e acompanhamento dos processos de sua área de atuação, a fim de garantir o atingimento dos resultados, com foco no relacionamento com o cliente, venda, qualidade, prazo, custo e melhoria contínua/tecnologia;Realizar e assegurar que sua equipe realize os cursos obrigatórios das montadoras e os proporcionados pelo Grupo, tanto online quanto presencial;Propor e implementar inovações e melhorias nos processos de sua área de atuação, avaliando os resultados frente aos objetivos e estratégias do Grupo;Promover o engajamento da equipe, desenvolvendo em cada profissional uma postura mais cooperativa, empenhada, otimista, disposta e de autodesenvolvimento;Desenvolver os Operadores de Lucro Bruto para qualificar os relacionamentos e maximizar os resultados, promovendo constante Treinamento Técnico e de Produtos, avaliando o desempenho individual e feedbacks mensais com a sua Equipe;Zelar pela saúde financeira do Grupo, através da entrega de suas metas/resultados, como o controle e ajustes para adequação das despesas da área;Responder e assegurar que sua equipe atenda com excelência todos os usuários do Grupo, tornando a experiencia do cliente incrível;Apoiar a área em regime de polivalência/multifuncionalidade, realizando as atividades nos diferentes processos da sua área de atuação.
