Expertise e tradição internacionais com proximidade local.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir a boa gestão de equipe técnica nas atividades de manutenção preventiva e corretiva de equipamentos;Realizar consultoria técnica, identificando as causas das falhas e desenvolvendo soluções;Garantir o treinamento técnico e desenvolvimento da equipe;Realizar atendimento a clientes em situação complexa;Controlar e apresentar os custos com manutenção preventiva e corretiva sempre que solicitado;Garantir a redução de perdas;Aprimorar equipamentos e processos e garantir a melhoria contínua;Planejar e controlar as atividades de manutenção, visando a qualidade e o adequado desempenho da frota garantindo suas funções e segurança no uso;Garantir aplicação dos planos de manutenção preventiva, corretiva e preditiva;Controlar os indicadores de desempenho e custos da operação de manutenção;Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e laudos técnicos referentes à cobrança de avarias;Participar de reuniões, controlar os materiais em campo e de estoque;Aplicar Diálogo de Segurança;Garantir que as tarefas sejam realizadas respeitando as normas de QHSE,Garantir a segurança da equipe, do patrimônio e ecológico, racionalizar o consumo de energia e utilidades.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFORMAÇÃO ACADÊMICA: Ensino médio completo. Superior completo ou cursando em Engenharia Mecânica, Mecatrônica, Elétrica e/ ou Produção.
