O Instituto Jô Clemente é uma Organização da Sociedade Civil, sem fins lucrativos, que previne e promove a saúde das pessoas com deficiência intelectual, apoia sua inclusão social, incide na defesa de seus direitos, produzindo e disseminando conhecimento.Atua desde o nascimento ao processo de envelhecimento, propiciando o desenvolvimento de habilidades e potencialidades que favoreçam a escolaridade e o emprego apoiado, além de oferecer assessoria jurídica às famílias acerca dos direitos das pessoas com deficiência intelectual.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEfetuar a coleta de material biológico em papel filtro, punção venosa, swab oral e urina, conforme protocolo estabelecido;Conferir os cadastros de exames realizados na recepção, comparando a alteração existente no laudo ao exame cadastrado pararecoleta e/ou exame confirmatório, de modo a garantir a coleta adequada conforme demanda;Manter o local de trabalho organizado e limpo, ambiente para os procedimentos de coletas e demais dependências do posto deenfermagem, assegurando as condições adequadas de segurança e higiene necessárias para o atendimento;Realizar o controle das amostras coletadas e das amostras enviadas à área técnica;Desenvolver o domínio das rotinas e protocolos de todos os postos de coleta do teste do pezinho interno e externo;Realizar cobertura de plantões nas unidades externas, quando necessário;Manter o local de trabalho organizado e limpo, ambiente para os procedimentos de coletas e demais dependências do posto deenfermagem, assegurando as condições adequadas de segurança e higiene necessárias para o atendimento;Participar das reuniões de equipe;Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios: Técnico em Enfermagem Completo Conselho profissional ativo. Conhecimento em punção venosa;   Desejável conhecimento de coleta em papel filtro;Conhecimento rotina neonatal Informações adicionais Horário: Segunda a sábado, das 10h às 16h Carga horária: 180 horas mensais Local de atuação: Hospital e Maternidade São Luiz Anália Franco
