O grupo Unimed primando pelo foco em cuidar das pessoas, está buscando um(a) Técnico (a) em Enfermagem CDI para atuação no Hospital Unimed Campina Grande. O profissional irá realizar atividade de nível médio, envolvendo orientação e acompanhamento do trabalho de enfermagem em grau auxiliar, e participação no planejamento da assistência de enfermagem.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar o trabalho técnico de enfermagem, participando do plano de assistência de enfermagem, em conformidade com as normas da instituição e prezando pela biossegurança.Participar da equipe de saúde;Executar ações assistenciais de enfermagem, exceto as privativas do enfermeiro;Receber e passar plantão diariamente prestando informações necessárias à continuidade do serviço na beira do leito;Registrar cuidados e tratamentos executados;Executar a prescrição de enfermagem em todos os processos;Monitorar os equipamentos verificando seu correto funcionamento e estado de conservação;Participar efetivamente das programações de treinamento e capacitação;Auxiliar e/ou acompanhar a equipe médica na realização de exames quando necessário;Cumprir o regimento de enfermagem, normas e rotinas da Instituição, bem como os princípios Éticos;Verificar exames a serem realizados durante o plantão;Conferir identificação do paciente;Cumprir a escala de atividades e setores delegada pelo enfermeiroRequisitos e qualificaçõesCurso técnico de enfermagem, registro atualizado no COREN e certificado de regularidadeCurso de Primeiros SocorrosTer atuação de no mínimo 2 anos em serviço de pronto atendimentoDesejável habilidade com comunicação, trabalho em equipe e resolução de problemasTer empatia e habilidade de trabalhar com público infantilCapacidade de trabalhar com ferramentas de gestão do prontuário do pacienteCapacidade de lidar com informações confidenciais de forma ética e profissionalInformações adicionais🕛 Disponibilidade para atuar como ferista em escala 12x36, com revezamento entre turnos diurno e noturno.💰 Salário compatível com o mercado🍽️ Refeição no local🚌 Vale transporte📚 Universidade Corporativa com cursos reconhecidos pelo MEC📚 Incentivo acadêmico🧘Programas de saúde e bem estar
