Exercer atividade envolvendo orientação no que diz respeito à saúde do colaborador em nível técnico, realizar assistência de enfermagem aos colaboradores da instituição, participar da vacinação e imunização, participar e envolver os colaboradores no programa de qualidade de vida, de Biossegurança, nos atendimentos aos acidentes de trabalho.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOrientar e realizar os procedimentos técnicos para exames admissionais, periódicos, demissionais, acidentes de trabalho, afastamentos, retorno ao trabalho, verificando os sinais vitais dos colaboradores (peso, altura, pressão arterial);Verificar a situação vacinal e vacinar garantindo a imunização conforme descrito no PCMSO;Participar na execução do programa de qualidade de vida;Participar na execução do programa de prevenção de acidentes;Integrar a equipe em visitas para a avaliação das condições de trabalho;Auxiliar na organização da unidade de medicina do trabalho, mantendo os arquivos em ordem, envio e recebimento de documentos, para assegurar a pronta localização;Garantir a realização dos exames médicos periódicos, convocando os colaboradores conforme planejamento anual;Manter a ordem e cota mínima dos materiais utilizados para utilização da assistência de enfermagem;Desenvolver as atividades, aplicando normas e procedimentos de biossegurança;Zelar pela guarda, conservação, manutenção e limpeza dos equipamentos, instrumentos e materiais utilizados;Manter-se atualizado em relação às tendências e inovações tecnológicas de sua área de atuação e das necessidades do setor;Executar outras atividades, conforme necessidade ou a critério do gestor.  Auxiliar e garantir as informações para o desenvolvimento dos indicadores e relatório anual.Manter sigilo o que se refere à saúde do trabalhador. Zelar e manter a conservação dos equipamentos e materiais da unidade, comunicar a central de equipamentos a necessidade dos mesmos e a retirada no caso de desuso; Manter o prontuário e documentos do colaborador em ordem. Realizar as anotações pertinentes aos pacientes sob sua responsabilidade garantindo a segurança e a continuidade do tratamentoRequisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio técnico em enfermagem completo;Curso de Enfermagem do Trabalho;COREN ativo;Conhecimento em informática e Pacote Office nível intermediário.
