Prestar assistência de enfermagem na área de saúde ocupacional, atuando na prevenção de agravos à saúde do trabalhador, no atendimento a urgências e emergências, e no suporte aos programas de saúde ocupacional da empresa. Atuar sob supervisão do Médico do Trabalho, garantindo conformidade legal, ética e técnica.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimentos de enfermagem em casos de acidente de trabalho, mal súbito e primeiros socorros;Aferir sinais vitais e realizar avaliação inicial do estado de saúde dos colaboradores;Realizar curativos, imobilizações simples (quando necessário em acidentes) e cuidados pós-atendimento;Administrar medicamentos conforme prescrição médica ou protocolos institucionais;Acompanhar e responder demandas via WhatsApp, encaminhando casos críticos à Técnica de Enfermagem do Trabalho Sênior e à Médica do Trabalho, além de monitorar os atestados enviado;Agendar consultas e exames ocupacionais com a Médica do Trabalho, de acordo com a disponibilidade em sua agenda;Auxiliar no monitoramento de colaboradores com doenças crônicas; eEstar apto a acompanhar colaboradores em remoções externas, quando necessário, garantindo suporte e segurança durante o deslocamento.Além de apoiar nas seguintes atividades:Programas de saúde ocupacional;Ações de promoção, prevenção e vigilância em saúde; eRegistros, comunicação e melhoria contínua.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara ser parte do time tem que estar preparado!
