Estamos à procura de um(a) Técnico(a) de Enfermagem para integrar a nossa equipe na Unidade de Internação, assumindo um papel essencial na prestação de cuidados diretos, seguros e de elevada qualidade aos doentes. Esse colaborador é responsável por prestar assistência direta, segura e humanizada aos pacientes, executando e checando os cuidados médicos e de enfermagem prescritos, monitorando sinais vitais e comunicando prontamente qualquer alteração clínica ao enfermeiro plantonista. Suas atribuições incluem a conferência e armazenamento de medicamentos junto à farmácia, o preparo e transporte de pacientes para exames, altas e transferências, além do cumprimento rigoroso dos protocolos institucionais de biossegurança (CCIH) e do trabalho integrado com a equipe multidisciplinar.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar a(o) enfermeira(o) na implementação das atividades de enfermagem e evolução do resultado da assistência, colaborando para o alcance dos resultados assistenciais, operacionais e financeiros da organização;Realizar o cuidado prescrito de enfermagem e/ou médico para os clientes sob sua responsabilidade checando imediatamente o horário após realização, visando a segurança e promoção da qualidade assistencial;Identificar alterações na condição clínica do cliente, através da aferição dos sinais vitais e protocolos institucionais, comunicando-as imediatamente ao enfermeiro plantonista, realizando as intervenções prescritas pelo médico e/ou enfermeiro;Acompanhar as solicitações dos exames internos e externos, realizando o preparo necessário para a realização do procedimento conforme orientação do enfermeiro e acompanhar os pacientes até o setor, seguindo o protocolo de transporte e transferência institucional;Seguir as rotinas e protocolos da comissão de controle de infecção hospitalar (CCIH);Conferir doses/medicações prescritas confrontando com a lista de medicamentos enviada pela farmácia solicitação as correções ao enfermeiro e após conferência armazená-la na gaveta de cada paciente;Acompanhar as altas e transferências previstas, seguindo o protocolo de transporte institucional;Trabalhar colaborando com a equipe multidisciplinar e administrativa contribuindo com o desempenho da equipe;Atender as solicitações dos pacientes e acompanhantes, dentro dos protocolos e normas institucionais, buscando prestar um atendimento seguro e de qualidade;Requisitos e qualificaçõesRegistro no COREN (Conselho Regional de Enfermagem) atualizado e Certificado de Regularidade.Experiência e atuação anterior em Unidade de Internação.Informações adicionais O Grupo Orizonti nasceu em 1994, fundado pelos médicos Amândio Soares Fernandes Júnior e Roberto Porto Fonseca – tendo como sócios, a partir de 2023, o doutor Ernane Bronzatti e Marcelo Guimarães.  A primeira instalação inaugurada foi a clínica Oncomed, em Belo Horizonte (MG), especializada na prevenção e no tratamento de câncer. De lá para cá, os resultados renderam bons frutos e, em 2020, o Grupo cresceu com a inauguração do Hospital Orizonti, também na capital mineira. A unidade conta com mais de 55 especialidades médicas, 250 leitos, pronto atendimento e um parque tecnológico com equipamentos de alto qualidade.  A partir de 2024, o Grupo Orizonti iniciou um projeto de expansão, já fazendo parte do portfólio do Grupo a Clínica Neoplasias Litoral, em Itajaí (SC); a Clínica Orizonti Itabira (MG), clínica Oncologistas Associados, em São Paulo (SP) e Laboratório São Paulo.
