O grupo Unimed primando pelo foco em cuidar das pessoas, está buscando um(a) Técnico de Enfermagem UTI Adulto para atuação no Hospital Unimed Campina Grande. É o(a) profissional responsável por atuar na execução dos cuidados de enfermagem prescrito no processo de enfermagem de pacientes críticos, assim como na administração de medicamentos e procedimentos pelo profissional médico, pertinente ao exercício profissional, promover o cuidado seguro e humanizado. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEfetuar procedimentos técnicos de sua competência que estiverem sob sua responsabilidade, auxiliando procedimentos, se necessário; Realizar preparo dos pacientes para exames e /ou procedimentos; Realizar cuidados diretos, cumprindo as orientações do enfermeiro e da equipe médica; Realizar a higienização do paciente; Aferir sinais vitais e registrar resultados no Prontuário Eletrônico do Paciente; Acompanhar o paciente estável para a unidade de internação quando solicitado.Informar ao enfermeiro com maior brevidade, qualquer evento que venha a prejudicar ou pôr em risco a segurança do paciente. Instalar quando prescrita dieta e garantir o aporte hídrico e calórico do paciente, conforme prescrito. Atuar seguindo diretrizes, normas e protocolos institucionais, além de colaborar com as ações da CCIH e do NSP. Participar das atividades e treinamentos realizados pelo HUniCG.
